I've held my tongue for too long, but now I have to say something. Buzzfeed is really trying me with these makeup artists. Her eyeshadow looked muddy and unblended, undereye was creasing, blush and contour looked muddy, and eyebrows were just bad. Buzzfeed, please get it together with these makeup videos.

so how is Cara delevigne the 2000's ideal when she wasn't even popular until 2010? should've picked someone like Katy Perry. eyebrows were kind of straight, still thin like the 90's filled in lightly. big filled in brows weren't popular until like 2011ish, now it's definitely the eyebrow of the 2010s.

even with eyebrows as uneven as the models appeared to be they appeared to have been done in different styles for the same look. I'm not convinced theyre done by the same person. why would you add UNDER the lower brow, when the higher one is done in a gorgeous arched shape

that makeup is all chunky and gross. the eyeshadow isn't nicely blended, there's foundation all over the clumpy mascara and her undereye concealer is creasing so hard it screams for help. not to mention the fallout all over her cheeks. buzzfeed you need to step your game up and hire better makeup artists.

Were the makeup artists certified? Did they have any prior experience? Because it looks negative on both accounts. The 1930s brow was way too arched--they were more like half circles on the face, not so angular, and the 2000-2010 brow was either so over plucked, a sperm brow, or not touched at all. It's the 2010-2016 brow that's full and thick, inspired by Cara Delevigne. If you're going to do a makeup video, do some research and consult more than one person beforehand. This was just embarrassing. The editing, the model, etc. were all great, just the makeup itself and the misinformation was not okay.

I have thick eyebrows and I was made fun of throughout my childhood for having such "bushy" and "hairy" eyebrows. I think what they were doing was grouping the 90's up to '05/'07 together because they were similar and after that was '10 since we haven't quite reached 2020. If it was 2020 they'd say Cara was '10 and have a separate look for '00. If that makes any sense
