Hi! I'm 42, (well Saturday 01-23 I will be), and just got my 1st set of lashes yesterday! I had pretty great lashes, this is more of a treat for me, but I usually use Latisse. Can I still apply it daily like I WAS doing or no? Also wanted to ask about spray tanning? I can buy those little eye stickers I think but if I don't have to use them I would rather not. Danielle, I have been binge watching your lash videos and it’s so encouraging! Recently my lash tech took a volume class and she came back learning that water helps bond the lashes to last longer. She calls it Nanomist. It’s not drenching my eyes or anything because the most is so fine. She use to use a fan to dry my lashes. But with the nanomist it makes my eyes less irritated from the glue , like I can feel nothing and I don’t tear up anymore. Have you heard about nano misting?

My whole life people have asked me if my lashes are real or fake coz they think they are so long but I hateeee my eyelashes so next week I’m getting my first set of eyelash extensions. unfortunately I sleep on my stomach but I’ve been trying to change my habit🤣 we will see how this goes I guess

How about them completely balding your real lashes . Is my tech using the wrong glue or am I doing something wrong ?

Also, all the lady said when I asked about aftercare when I got my lashes was don't get them wet.

I have been doing lashes but every time I do a client lashes I can’t stop sneezing and my nose blocked am I allergic to the glue?

I have two questions, my first one is when you have clients over do they ever bring their kids? (Toddlers , babies) I know a lot of them can be moms, but how can you let them know nicely that their babies and toddlers can’t be in the studio? My second question is how do you compete with lower prices? In my city eyelash techs are very very common and lot charge 40-50 USD at most with pretty good sets. I want to start doing lashes but it discourages me knowing a lot of people do them for less than what I would charge.

I can’t find anywhere but what if someone has no expirience and they go ahead and do someone’s eyelash extensions?? Like what if they turn out looking pretty good but they don’t really know what you were doing ? It’s scary... can that really cause bad complications? Can the persons eyelashes fall off? Or like what if the eyelashes are too far away from the eyelid but don’t look wrong, is that still alright ?

So I'm a new lash tech. and I'm not sure if I'm applying wrong or if clients aren't taking care of them properly. But after about 4-7 days almost all of my clients lashes are off. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 months. Help!

Hey!! I actually had a question I got eyelash extensions for the first time yesterday. I went to a reputable lash studio however I think while I might have stressed a little too much that I wanted the lashes to look natural and although I do love the results I wish that they were more thick and that maybe I had chose to do the hybrid lashes. The second part of this is that last night I noticed a couple lashes falling out not just one or two but like five or six. Is the lashes falling out normal? Also do you think when I go back in for a fill, that they could change the look of my lashes and fill them in a little bit thicker? I’m sorry I know this is kind of a weird question I don’t live anywhere near you and Obviously you don’t work at the specific place but I’m a little nervous about asking if I could come in for a fill. What should I do?

Is twice a day cleaning too much?

My lash extensions last for only 2 days ,hahahahaha because I don't know how to take care of them .

I got individual lashes done and my lash tech told me I could do my makeup that evening for a date night... I took my makeup off that night with Garnier Micellar water and they ALL fell out 😩😩 trying to take off my makeup. Can you give me tips on how I remove my makeup without taking my lashes off? That was $50 down the drain! Thanks ❣️
