I joined on your recommendation, and I think it is a great deal and love that you get a palette every month. I did not care for this month's box either. Not a fan of all pink color although there are some beautiful shades that I can pair with a neutral color crease (from another palette) and that will work. I did not like the lip gloss or the liquid eye glitter either. I am going to stick with it for a few months and see how it goes! Your look was stunning! xoxo 😘
I subscribed for a few months. Then they sent me and charged for two boxes claiming I ordered two which I’ve never done with any of the boxes. I’ve tried to get a hold of them for two months to correct the problem. I sent several emails, no response. Ended up commenting about it on IG and was told to DM them but no further response. I ended up filing a complaint with BBB as well as filing a dispute with my credit card company. Horrible customer service and will never order anything from this business again. I’ve never experienced anything like this buying makeup
Ok I forgot what tempted me to try this box, probably a palette I was curious about… I only purchased for two months and have since put the subscription on hold starting with this October box. I am not a fan of pink makeup on me so it was an easy pass. When I think of the makeup I received in the box and the fact that I spent $50 total I was disappointed and had to admit I would have enjoyed spending that $50 on one nice palette or product I wanted. In addition, I have received some items that I think were being discontinued or on discount with the indie brand, so I am not a fan of that either. I think for me the only box I will continue to purchase is the Trendmood box because you know what’s in the box, and I still get Ipsy glam bag, which I always debate if I should keep… have a good weekend and thanks for sharing your thoughts!
