This year has been kicking my ass, I wanted to say thank you Kackie for your videos they’ve really been helping me & for also being a safe and cozy corner on the internet🖤
I have been blowing my nose a lot lately (ugh being sick is the worst) but staring at my sad red nose after watching lots of Kackie videos gave me a great sense of a “skin native” color on my face 😂. My next blush purchase is going to be the pink of my nose rubbed raw from tissue 😂🤧
The same thing happened to me - after trying all the antibiotics and facing the fact that they don’t work anymore on my dermatitis as they used to, I was desperate and tried pure castor oil and to my disbelief it cleared my dermatitis in half a day. I’m still shocked. 😅
I LOVE Bobbi Brown eyeshadow sticks, especially Moonstone! I'm with you a hundred percent, Kackie! Also, I understand needing a different shade to be read as brown, and for me, it's Forest, the deep olive green that Bobbi Brown makes.
I totally agree about the Lisa Eldridge skin tint. I'm wearing it today. It lasts all day here in hot, humid Houston. And the Hindash highligher - Doll Dynasty is IT!!!
Question- does your LE skin tint have an unpleasant smell at ALL? Mine does (I bought it on a trip to London) but I feel like you of all people would mention the smell…so not sure if it’s just mine. It’s really not good.
@@stephb79mine does not have a smell. I purchased it when it came out and it was shipped to the US. I’d definitely reach out to their customer service! They’re so nice over there
You’ve completely sold me on the Dior contour stick. I’ve been looking for a contour to do some shaping and dimension, but bronzer always just looks muddy on my face. The contour stick looks like the perfect cool tone and my local makeup store has a sale going on that I’ll make use of.
The Lisa Eldridge skin tint is the foundation of my dreams. First time I used it i had a blemish coming up BY THE END OF THE DAY IT WAS GONE. UNBELIEVABLE.
I was going to get the Kosas for my youngest when you said how good it is with odor. My kid is allergic to anything with aloe in it. Had the full allergy test conducted a few years ago. It sucks because it’s such a common ingredient in skin care products
Ahhhh! Love these top shelf videos! YSL has a new quad out-Brun-I literally gasped when I saw it. Bedroom eyes brown written all over it, with that silky formula 😘🤌🏼 immediately thought of you! Definitely going to pick up some of these recommendations with the Sephora sale! Also KJH recently released some lip and cheek shades. One is called soft raisin, rosy terracotta, definitely seems like it’s right up your alley with this “can’t put your finger on it” red color that was all over this video. Thought I’d throw the recommendation out there!
This summer I tried out a mini bottle of the oil. Pretty glow ❤ on my chest, shoulders and arms and no greasy residue! Definitely will get the full size.
ok wait that rusty reddish color you kept referencing is something i have been OBSESSED with for like 6 months and have rly struggled to find products that actually fit what im exactly looking for …. not that i can afford to buy anything more expensive than a fuckn . $3 lip gloss from elf rn but im making lists 👀👀👀 delusional perhaps but what else can we do in this life ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Since I’ve started watching your channel and my makeup looks better and I’ve got my Ana Luisa earrings I’ve realized that 60% of my wardrobe does not live up to the rest of the look and I need to donate or recycle it and Evolve 😅
Loooove bobbi brown eyeshadow sticks! My absolute favorite to wear on it's own or as a base for scattered light. On that note - Hindash highlight REALLY reminds me of their highlighters and I am really wondering how are they in compare? Can't get Hindash in Europe unfortunately :( And also I was buying Bobbi Brown stick foundation over summer and I find it sooooo lovely, no idea why people don't talk about it more? And the shade range there is biiiiiig.
My deodorant rec is the PHA toner from The Inkey List. I just put some in my hands and rub it on my underarms after my nighttime shower. I use a natural deo during the day that doesn't always do the trick on the sweatier days, but combined with the PHA toner at night I'm all set.
SkinFix used to have a wonderful Sheer Face Balm with colloidal oatmeal. The only thing that fixed my dry, chapped skin in the winter. It's also unavailable now 😭 I regret getting rid of my years old tube when I assumed I could replace it. I think they still sell a lip balm with colloidal oatmeal in it, I'm half considering getting it and using it on my dry face areas anyway lol
Kackie, do you feel like the One Size primer affects your sunscreen? I always shy away from primer because I’m worried it’s going to change the efficacy of my sunscreen but I’d love to try it out if it doesn’t! Plus the Sephora sale is coming up so I’ll get it if you think it’s fine with sunscreen 😻
I feel like we speak the same language, my favourite smell is jasmine and I didn’t knew about this perfume. I need it 🤯🤯🤯 to layer my Poison and amp the jasmine up 😂
I love those mini le labo bottles........ I wear Gaiac 10, which is the Tokyo exclusive, so only available in September each year! But it lasted for four years, became my signature scent 🎉
I know about crypt keeper under eyes 😂 the struggle is REAL hate having sunken under eyes, I've thought about filler but filler migration happens too often and when you use dissolving agents it can dissolve your natural hyaluronic stores too, so not worth the risk. I would love to see you try the nira precision laser for under eyes!!!
@@kackie you can use the laser anywhere on your body, if I buy it I'm testing on my arm, then back of neck, then jawline, then cheek then eyes. Work my way up to riskier areas while waiting to see if there's a bad reaction!
The Vieve and Lisa Eldridge comparison was so useful, thanks! Love all these concealers and bought them on your recommendation but how interesting because I find the tower 28 by far the most hydrating, then Givenchy, then Kosas and the Jouer sadly I find slightly too drying (super dry skin). Would you say the Westman atelier is hydrating enough for dry skin, how would it compare to the others in terms of emollience / moisture? :)
I wish I could use my epilator under my arms. I did it once and my pits were so angry that I couldn’t use deodorant or have clothing touching them for a week 😅 great for my legs though
Anyone with dry skin, am I the only one the Lisa Eldridge skin tint looks dry and flaky on ? It also sinks into my marionette lines. I feel crazy, because everyone else loves it. I can make it look okay, but I really have to prep my skin. I’m not that dry. None of my other dewy /satin foundations do it.
Lately I was tasting a sweet taste from saie in it does really have a stevia 😅😅😅😅 I supeeeer sensitive and flavors IHATE IT please confirm that Ami Cole has none😢???
OSEA . I would love to try your products since I've never tried your brand. If you want to send me a few products to try just let me know. I'll shoot you my address. But other than that I have to get through all the bath and body I already own. ❤
This. I honestly think this is the reason I got perioral dermatitis in the first place… brands sneaking steroids into their products. Every doctor I’ve talked to has said “you get PD from longterm topical steroid use” and I haven’t knowingly put steroids on my face EVER.
