Ezekiel cereal is a great example of a Carb from Heaven literally. The recipe for it comes right out of the bible. This cereal is great for adding a lot of fiber to feed the good bacteria in the gut. Plus it is packed with plant protein that has all the essential amino acids. And the best part it there is only 2 grams of sugar added for 1 cup of the cereal.
