This is an EZip E400 electric scooter with harbor freight air horns customs mounted no wires had to be cut no holes drilled so warranty is not voided! The horn is much louder than it sounds on the video sorry about the darkness I am having issues with my camera. I will be posting another video of the scooter soon! This is Nick's 11th birthday present!!!
