Sooooo, second Ezra video in a row, I apologise. But oh my god, I'm just SO EXCITED for the finale. Season 2 has been so good so far and I'm pretty sure the end of it is going to kill me.
Anyway, this video focuses on Ezra's temptation with the dark side because I'm pretty sure we're gonna see some more of it in the finale (yassss (but also nooooo)). So yeah, have some foreboding shit to get you prepped for the end of S2 (which is still like 3 weeks away but whatever).
It was weird making this video because I pretty much never use instrumental music... it was kinda fun tho.
Voiceovers:
Yoda: Why must you become Jedi?
Ezra: I don't know. I guess because Kanan believes I can.
Yoda: Ah. Kanan thinks you can. And you?
Ezra: Well, I'll become stronger, powerful.
Yoda: Oh, power you seek.
Ezra: I'd make the Empire suffer for everything it did - for everything it took! For my parents! I - I don't want to be helpless any more.
Yoda: A dangerous time this is for your apprentice.
Kanan: I feel as if his abilities are growing faster than I can teach him.
Yoda: You sense? Or you fear?
Ezra: Was it wrong for the Jedi to fight? Is it wrong for me to protect my friends?
Yoda: How Jedi choose to win, the question is.
Ezra: We already chose. We're going to fight.
Temple guard: Try to fight and you will fail. The rebellion will be destroyed, you will die and your apprentice will become a servant of evil.
Kanan: What are you talking about?
Temple guard: The dark side - it pulls at him. It calls to him.
Ezra: Get back. You are not going to get in my way.
Temple guard: Eventually, he will be consumed by it.
Ezra: I'm growing more powerful every day.
Temple guard: The boy must be eliminated before he embraces the darkness.
Maul: You seek knowledge. Call me old master.
