*TRUTH.* It sounds like it was *the* hangout for the most annoying types of hipster wannabes... And I've lived in Nashville a long time so that's saying a lot 😆 _No one_ is ever up in anyone else's business like this. I can't imagine this town being too large.
Yall are ruthless. That poor girl obviously has touretts syndrome which is probably intensified by the stress of being on the stand. With that said, I fully expect Ezra to file a smexual harrasment complaint with claims that Aubrey was hitting on her with kissy faces n' stuff. This of course triggered her identity issues and she will need a retrial bc she is a perpetual victim 😂 But on the real i think Aubrey is adorable. Its not easy being up there. She is so cute.
@@midnightrun2764im sure they see things in a 'more the merrier" way so go for it. But wait...are you a nerd/freak/artist/'easy'? I think that's a criteria! Maybe if you show up Journal in hand, that wud make a huge impression 😃. Tell us how it went ya?
@@DMundusyou are supposed to lead witnesses that aren’t yours. The defense can lead the witnesses in the state’s case in chief, and the prosecution can lead the witnesses in the defense’s case in chief. The prosecutor rocks the defense’s paid gun doctor, Dr. Tovar.
what I find really intriguing about this story is that everybody seems so extraordinarily ordinary which now makes me question everyone I meet, in that we never really know who people are
I’m so sorry to the people who were actually impacted by this, but the fact that 90% of the events in this case occurred at the same one location - this coffee shop - makes it feel like a screenplay.
Yes, it’s either dirty or downright bizarre. She is straight out of either Dr Zeus’s Whoville, or she’s transitioning into an Hasidic Jew, can’t decide which
Defense: _"Move the camera. It's right in front of her face and people are accusing her of pandering to the camera."_ Ezra: *_continues staring directly into the camera even though she knows it's right there._* 🙄 I'd say this wasn't a biased opinion. I've seen plenty of defendants who have the camera right at their face & they're not 😳 at it the whole time. She's very aware of her mannerisms and how she comes across. She's a narcissist, no? So I don't believe for a second she's being unfairly accused of this. It's probably just one more way she can victimize herself 🙄
She stares right into it. It is scary during sentencing that she is staring right into the camera. She never blinked. Oh my goodness she is one freaky woman😱 I feel sorry for her cellmate 😮
@@MRSCub *TW: Controversial Take* You want to know what I think? She cut her hair really short and presented more masculine near the end of the trial. In any other scenario I wouldn't bat an eyelash; people can change their looks, change how they identify, but anything she does seems calculated. I think she _knew_ she was going to do some hard time, she wasn't getting off, so she started presenting more masc. so she can be "gay for stay." I think she might be bisexual but, again, I think she purposefully did this for 2 reasons: 1. Masculine prisoners get a lot of respect. It just happens. 2. Being masc she can take advantage of the young, naive girls missing their boyfriends. Get them into a relationship and they'll do whatever she wants. *Her **_voice_** even sounds deeper.* 😑 Sounds convoluted, but I've watched/read about a lot of prison docs/books. The hierarchy is crazy. *_OR_* she did it to lend credence to her "boy" story 🙄 ("Boy Story" sounds like a cowboy/astronaut p0rno :P)
@@RavenSchreit Hey there! Thx for that nuanced view. I have been wondering why she had drastically changed her appearance from the beginning to the end of the trial or why it vacillated through the trial. She looked feminine & attractive when Mengal was testifying as a witness. And she looked completely boyish at the sentencing. I think she uses this technique to control the weak-willed or indecisive witnesses. I think she found it really difficult to control this particular witness, who seemed to me as a very confident, independent, sensitive yet polite woman.
This poor girl. She’s obviously so distraught and the constant objections are trying her patience. I agree these hipster 20 something’s are awful but what that vile human did to that young man is absolutely terrible. And to hear what she wrote about him the night before she killed him. (I’m watching this out of order) is so freaking sad.
Awful how exactly? People keep saying that. I've seen there testimonies. They're just young people that worked and talk amongst their group of friends. They seemed like genuinely nice people that cared for their friends. They are also victims of Ezra. People calling them awful are the awful ones.
they are not meant to agree from a moral standpoint about the "right or wrong" of the actions in a trial. Defense lawyers solely exist to attempt to redeem the accused. They can spin any narrative they want, despite how despicable you might find it. While it appears patently 'bad' (as you say) the defense team were *PAID* to do their best to defend an impossible client in an impossible case. They had to make some... reaches. This is how the legal system in the US works. the only lawyers who seem *ethical* to me are public defenders (and even some of them are on par with DA/ADAs - just trying to make a name for themselves [for eventual mayor/governorship/senate/etc] and will employ deplorable tactics for their goal).
This is the worst trial I've ever seen. I just watched the Chandler Halderson one and his defense look like legal mavericks in comparison. What the hell
Her attorneys complaining about the camera on her 😂 you know its nothing to do with how its facing where she would look at it, they just don't want her to be shown at all😂
True but, nobody watching this footage has anything to do with the outcome. Even if she pandered to the camera...to what end? It wouldn't affect the verdict
Aubrey keeps trying to kiss me during her testimony. I told her to stop, but she keeps doing it. I'm afraid that I'm going to have to go talk to the police if she keeps it up. I'll keep everyone updated about this situation. Lol. I'm such an ass. ❤Oh!! I finally just realized who she reminded me of; she reminds me of "Walter", (the duck-lips kid from Full House)! She is so damn adorable though!
07/15/2019 😮 Eau Claire (WQOW) - Eau Claire police need your help finding a missing person they say could be sui cidal. Eau Claire police say Aubrey Lynn Wisniewski, 26, was last seen leaving her Eau Claire home and headed to Appleton around 3 p.m. on July 13. She never made it to Appleton and her family is concerned. Police say Wisniewski suffers from mental health issues and has made sui cidal statements. Police add she made mention of Madison, La Crosse and Chicago prior to leaving. Her last phone activity was in the Tomah area early Sunday. She should be driving a grey Mercury Milan with Wisconsin license plate ADG-1128 with a missing passenger mirror, according to authorities. Aubrey is 5’6”, 130 pounds with short brown hair. She was last seen wearing a blue patterned shirt, a bright orange skirt and a large head band. She is also known to wear glasses.
The luxury of thinking, writing, talking... should not be dissed. Its easy to sit on the sidelines of a murder trial - a murder that happened to evolve from this environment - and scorn the players.b We should be bigger than this. I do feel sad for the young people who go mad, or become nihilistic, bc of their mediocre and faithless mental wanderings. But on the other hand i admire young people questioning the nature of life, the purpose of life... They have no or have rejected their foundation. And the pie in the sky, unaccountable "teachers" do much harm.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the judge's admonition to the jury as to the IMPORTANCE of avoiding ALL input to their knowledge and perception of this case! I am very often disappointed with judges' ho-hum routine script they recite to juries!!!! It is IMPERATIVE that jurors restrict all knowledge and perception of a case to the evidence presented. Kudos to this judge. ALSO: the judge must emphasize that any and all breaks with this admonition MUST be reported BEFORE the court reconvenes TO THE JUDGE and no one else! PS The request by a judge, upon reconvene, to inform the jurors to speak NOW is LUDICROUS and FRUITLESS. For a juror to do this requires a juror to overcome stage fright (public speaking) as well as "snitching"... sooo strange that human nature, especially in an intimidating public arena, is totally discounted in such an important situation.
This prosecutor always seems so unprepared & disorganized and if he’s putting me to sleep he’s gotta be driving the jury crazy There’s no excuse for this kind of pace & disjointed presentation
Her mouth😂 I’m , sorry- I’m sure she’s nervous , couldn’t help but had to laugh a little. These people have seemed a bit strange to me- maybe I don’t get out enough.
He's a pompous a$$. He thinks more of himself than he should. She sure picked a defense team as obnoxious as she is. Wait til closing arguments. I've never seen ANYONE object during closing but those two never stopped.
