That is terrible ! You knew that jury would screw this up. She confessed, I did it !I did it ! Also, all that testimony for naught. They need to move the retrial far from the first one. The only thing that makes sense is that community along with court tv, there hosts and all there so- called experts are anti- police. Not a slam dunk, but she is guilty and to me it is clear. This is the difference between a guilty person and proving that guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
The judge acts like this is so tedious for her. While the prosecutor is showing the victim’s clothing evidence, she is irritated there are too many pictures? Is it so much work for the court reporter to label them? Seems disrespectful and unprofessional.
Michael Proctor and his inappropriate communications to and with others by text has sealed my opinion in favor of Ms. Read. Trooper Proctor should be disciplined. Ms. Read should sue the State.

What is your theory on how the hair got there? Did Proctor go the morgue, pluck a hair from a corpse, taking it back to the sally port to stick it in the exact location of the SUV that hit John? Please use critical thinking skills when thinking about what would be required for anyone to plant John’s hair on that SUV. If you do, you’ll know that Read is guilty.
I think she's guilty also more went on that's being said what about the house where it all started and no one went into the gym to investigate it to see what evidence they could get all the marks on looks like a fight or sy I personally think she's guilty just my opinion but did something else go on !

Defendants are told by their attorneys to look stoic and remain without emotion in the courtroom ~ no faces, no reactions..... they need to remain neutral and unaffected by testimony. Emotions, facial expressions and reactions reflect poorly on the defendant and jurors don't generally like that.

It was on the side of the car. A car that OJO rode in and had family members he lived with who were also there. The odds of it being there after a huge snow storm and driving several miles, the odds that it was just there rather than someone placed from inside the car where John was that prior night are slim to none.

Her hands were full with other cases but felt a need to be on THIS case. I really don’t like her, I think she’s getting a little better, I wonder if someone is telling her about the comments or she’s reading them herself because she was almost unbearable the first week. There are plenty of judges I have watched and the outcome didn’t go the way I wanted but at the end I thought that was a great and fair judge, I don’t feel that way with this judge, she’s incredibly unlikeable and unfair in my opinion.

During arraignment they showed up with it just to get it on tv and get reactions and views , this sounds like the right time to show the jurors how a dog did that to his arm …. KR and O'Keefe were both using the car. Why wouldn't you find O'Keefe's hair on the car? Scratches on the car could have been done anywhere. They didn't find blood.

This was a few years ago and everyone is different. They were not married and think they had a few problems too. But reactions are different. She is probably just sick of some of the witnesses lying thats her concentration. She listens intensly i notice. Cares about them lying about her. The difference in what they say she said. Some saying she hit him. Some saying she didn't say it.

Lally is the reason it is taking forever. “So, what, if anything did you see or hear when sort of you arrived at the scene?” Then he repeats everything back. If he would stop repeating back what they answer and drop the “what if anything” and “sort of” that would save a lot of time. It would shave at least a day or 2 off of this trial. And his leading questions that he asks so he can get the rehearsed answers he needs is ridiculous. Defense lets it go because they know he has nothing and is so out of his league. At least he has the Judge in his pocket but only because of people above him with power who are pulling the strings.
The hair didn't fall off while traveling to the sally port or the snow melting off of the car didn't affect that hair as Judge Judy would say if it doesn't make sense more likely than not it's not true.

One said there was no way he died from being backed into by a car. The other M.E. said that, no, he would probably not have died from being backed into. But he WOULD have died from being RUN OVER. If she backed into him & he fell, when she then drove forward she could easily have run over him. The wounds all up his arm were not from the dog, there was no canine DNA found. A few people testified that they were sure that when John and Karen left the bar, they both had a glass in their hand. If John had that glass in his right hand (his right arm was cut up) when he went under the car, it could have gotten broken and cut him. His brother testified that his eyes were hugely swollen. I can only imagine what the undercarriage of a vehicle & a tail pipe could do to a body.. It sure sounds a lot more plausible than the ridiculous story Karen and her lawyer cooked up. And WHY, if he was killed in that house, was he put in the front yard and not the back? John was over 6' & weight 200 plus pounds. It is quite aways from the front door of the Arnolds' house to right next to the road It would take at least two men to carry or drag dead weight at least twenty feet or more. What if a car goes by, or someone is standing at their window looking out. Are these people going to risk being seen? Brian Arnolds' sister-in-law, Jen, was very good friends of Johns. Her daughter & Johns' neice were friends for years. This woman is as guilty as the day is long.

Polycarbonate is designed to bend, not break, except under specific conditions. You can literally take a sledge hammer to a sheet of polycarbonate and the sledge hammer bounces right off. I don’t know how a plush human body, of a plus 200 pound man, would scientifically be able to crack the polycarbonate. Especially to the degree that it’s entirely missing. So, no, it didn’t. ☺️

59:20 The photos during the SERT guys testimony when they searched in the evening of the day John died. The first three of the photos look black on bottom and the last white. The last photo, with white sole, the white isn’t bright white compared with the others with black bottom. The first three, the snow appears to be the same around it and the last one the snow on it is different around it too. Packed snow under the shoe on the left near the toe on the last photo. You can even see finger prints of whomever packed the snow. The first three photos show powder snow or smooth snow next to the toe. 1:00:31 The last two photos of the shoe was planted. Look closely!!! And Lally asked witness and this is how the sneaker was discovered, correct. Witness says correct, sir. 🤔
I believe Okeefe was not part of the police group. He appeared untrustworthy, as if he would reveal the bad behavior of their police friendship. And as for Karen, she may be innocent but her relationship with Okeefe was ending. Maybe he was going to pursue someone who was a bit more stable, not a heavy drinker, someone who did not need to be the focus of attention, and she couldn't accept that.
By all accounts of this trial, seems like the kids were the main focus of Karen's, so I doubt she needed to be the focus, when they had alone time, I am sure she wanted his attention, I know I like attention on date night.
