Megtísztítjuk és felvágjuk a sárgarépát. / We clean and chop the carrots.
Karikákra vágom. / I chop it into circles.
Megtísztítjuk és felvágjuk a zellert / We clean and chop the celeriac.
A zellert kockákra vágom. / I chop the celeriac into cubes.
Jöhet a fokhagyma. / Here comes the garlic.
Most megtisztítom a fehérrépát és ezt is felvágom. / Now I clean the parsley root and chop this one too.
Először öntsünk olajat egy nagy fazékba majd adjuk hozzá a felvágott hagymát. / First let's pour some cooking oil into a large pot and add the chopped onions.
Megkeverjük. / We stir it.
Kész a hagyma. / The onion's ready.
Most pedig hozzáadjuk a kockára vágott húst. / And now we add the meat cubes.
Megkeverjük. / Stir.
Így ni. / There you go.
Hozzáadjuk a sót és a borsot. / We add salt and pepper.
Amikor a hús megbarnult és levet eresztett, leveszem a tűzről. / When the meat has turned brownish and released juices I take it off the stove.
És jöhet a pirospaprika. / Here comes the paprika.
Rakok bele egy pár kiskanállal. / I add a few teaspoonfuls.
Megkeverem és felöntöm vízzel. / I stir it and add some water.
Teszek bele egy kis őrölt köménymagot. / I add a little ground cumin.
Addig főzöm a húst, amíg jól meg nem puhul. / I cook the meat until it's nice and tender.
Hoppá! Elfelejtettem felvenni, hogy hozzáadom a zöldségeket, kivéve a krumplit. / Oops. I forgot to record that I add the vegetables except for the potatoes.
Itt már szépen fő a gulyáslevesünk. / Here our gulyás soup is already cooking nicely.
Gőz! / Steam!
És hozzáadjuk a krumplit. / And we add the potatoes.
Amikor a krumpli is megpuhult, kész a finom leves. / When the potatoes are cooked our tasty soup is ready.
