Welcome back! In this episode, we're diving into the dash of our 2021 Ford F-150, getting it thoroughly outfitted for the road or trail ahead. Follow along as we install the BuiltRight Industries Dash Mount Pro and a bunch of our favorite accessories.
We're mounting both our Standard and Large RAM X-Grip Combos to the Dash Mount Pro to hold a phone and an Icom ID-5100A radio from Keith at LVJ Motorsports. In addition, we're placing a RAM iPad mount in the center of the dash to display GPS or Waze when needed.

FYI I just installed the pro version yesterday. It had the support plate shown in this video. If you watch the previous video from BuiltRight Industries (like a year ago for 21+ F150/Raptor) they show trimming of the plastic tray "nubs". Granted, they say on "some trucks." However, it appears to be due to the old support plate. It was a slightly different shape (compare these two videos). I didn't have to trim anything to get this installed. Good product!

Can the standard be attached with velcro, I don't want to drill into my dash.

The segments with Matt Beenen were excellent. Everything was presented step by step and was clear and concise. The segment with Matty Jones was not at all clear or concise. I will seek out other RU-vid channels for a better illis traction of the install and possibly other products.

That Mattie part was a horrible. Could he breeze by taking the dash apart faster, “Slide this under the washers!??? Guys! I’m a novice. Il figure it out. ~RESPECT~
