Lca can carry pod based jammer and DC-MAWS...Pod Jammer has already developed for LCA, only MAWS need to be developed pod-based and for that necessary adapter needed

Why iaf opted for so small size of aircraft where it didn't have enough room for integrated jammer and maws system.

@Defencematrix sir i recently heard the a former professor of mechanical engineering st IIT kanpur has criticised ADA for canard placement jn Tejas mk2 . He says this issue was overlooked by the concerned authorities and it will increase its radar cross section and result in several development related issues. If its right then Tejas going to delay further more.

Some more interesting salt to put on our wounds. The fact that we lack a MAWS capability EVEN TODAY is nothing but our own fault. No one else is responsible for this. The Su30 MKM (the Malaysian variant based on the MKI) comes with MAWS (MAW-300) which comes from the South African company, Avitronics. This was developed already in 2006-07. What were we doing then? Paying an Israeli company, Elisra to develop this for us and it did. But it was 6 kgs way to overweight and legitimately affected the aircraft's maneuverability, which obviously would mean OKB Sukhoi will no longer be responsible for our Su30 MKIs. So what should we have done? Contacted Avitronics. What did we do instead? Move the whole project to a mere technology demonstrator and bloody shelve it. We SPENT Rs. 274.80 CRORES and got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING out of it. This is CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE and the people responsible for this should be drawn and quartered.
