To those who ask "Why is that hatch opened on landing and take-off"? The F-35B's aft-hinged aerodynamic fairing conforms to the fuselage shape during forward flight, and covers the vertical lift fan. During transition from forward flight to hover or vertical flight, the fairing hinges upward and diverts airflow into the lift-fan, which pumps the air downward. On the fuselage behind the fairing are a pair of auxiliary inlet covers for the aircraft's (main) engine, to offset disturbed airflow to the main engine during V/STOL.
@@golix1344 I guess so, but they will only use it for emergency purpose, because doing vertical takeoff, with internal and external load full will really exert lot of pressure on F35 body, plus more fuel consumption as more energy needed, they would therefore rely on short takeoff, from heli carriers with all armaments, as seen in footage.

The F-35-b really shows its quality here. It's like 2 versions of VTOL aircraft are missing between it and the Harrier. From Falklands to Si-Fi in one move. It is good to see some wing loaded footage. Loved the 8:39 bit where a harrier went past in the background.
@flip inheck I understand that you don't get to see a vertical take off from the F-35B in this video but are you really such a casual that you don't know that the F-35B is a VTOL? Here's a link of F-35B performing a vertical take-off to further educate you: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zW28Mb1YvwY.html
@@ali_kazmi I think you're wrong again it's V/STOL. Implication is short take off and vertical landing. In some V/STOL planes short take off depends on pay load, but here...I can't find one video of a F35 doing a VTO and transition to flight in any configuration.
It's no wonder why it took so long to develop. There is so much that it does and there's so much that can go wrong. Amazing plane. Sure don't look like a turkey to me.
Japan will introduce 42 F-35B for her two converted aircraft carriers soon. They are expected to play a vital role to deter China`s aggressive expansionism in the East China Sea.
Federico Lucchi no but China and nato forces have been in the China sea for a while now. And Japan is one of our largest allies so we have to ensure firepower

@Hoo Lee Sheet Prior to the outbreak of the Pacific War, Americans underrated the industrial technologies of Japan, and believed that Japan could not produce superior fighter planes to their F4F Grumman Wildcat and P-40. An underestimation of our potential enemies would often serve the interests of them.
The F-35 is my favorite aircraft. Maybe not as fast as the Eagle but it's gonna sneak up on them enemy jets real quiet-like and put a heat seeker in their tailpipes. My neighbor is an old F-4 Phantom pilot and he said he fought one in Vietnam but it got away. He had his share of close calls and narrow escapes from MiGs. He test flew the then-new F-4 Phantom supersonic at just 10 feet above the ocean, as per orders. He strafed an enemy SAM site in 1968. I keep telling him to write a book. These are my 3 favorite aviation books: - Going Downtown by Jack Broughton - In the Claws of the Tomcat by Tom Cooper - Great Fighter Jets of the Galaxy 1 by Tim Gibson
The F-35: a defective aircraft? The entry into service of the F-35 within the American Air Force and in other purchasing countries is a real soap opera, as Lockheed Martin fighters accumulate the problems. In 2018, the HASC already alerted, in a report to the American Congress subsequently made public, on the low operational range of the F-35C. The radius of action of this navalized version of the F-35 (with take-off by catapult and landing by arresting strands) was so small that it was necessary to bring the aircraft carriers closer to their target, until they were put at range of enemy missiles... With its flight range of "only" 670 nautical miles (1,240 km), the aircraft is considered ineffective if the aircraft carrier is more than 1,800 km from a target. But the naval version of the F-35 is not the only one to be criticized for its technical and logistical problems, the other two models of the aircraft, the F-35A (with conventional take-off and landing) and the F-35B ( short take-off and vertical landing) also encountering a lot of difficulties: of the 857 failures still listed in July 2021, only 165 were in the process of being resolved, while seven "critical" category 1 problems were still identified, which could have an impact during the accomplishment of a mission. Laura Seal, spokesperson for the Joint Program Office of the F-35, devoted to the study and design of the capabilities of fighter aircraft, declared at the same time that all the defects could not be revealed publicly, arguing that such information would endanger the pilots.

f35 must named bull shark . but too much propaganda for f 35 and its fail many times. look at when nato using stleath aircraft named nighthawk to nuke yugoslavia and yugoslavia destroyed the stleath aircraft by anti air defence system old sam
The B variant is the clear winner of this Lockheed rollout. Their shaft driven VTOL was criticized from inception to production and it has proven to be a rock solid platform. Everyone likes to shit on the F-35 but I encourage anyone to try to build a single airframe to serve the demands of the Air Force, Navy and Marines and come away with the impression it is easy. Lockheed is always on the cutting edge of what is possible and they have proven it with this aircraft.

Innate Nature in man recognizes what is good and bad, what is true and false. It recognizes that the Attributes of Allah must be True, Unique, and All-Perfect. It does not feel comfortable towards any kind of degradation of His Attributes not does it qualities to the Creator. Many who became “discontent with God” did so because of the practices of the Church in medieval Europe and because of the claims of “god dwelling in a son” and the concept of the “original sin”. However, they “escaped” into worshipping a new theory called “mother nature” as well as the “material” World. With the advancement of materialistic technology others from different religions adopted the concept of “forgetting about God” and “let us live this life and enjoy it!”, not realizing that they have chosen the worship of the “original god” of Rome: Desire!. NOW we can see that all of this materialistic and secular progress produced a spiritual vacuum that led to complex social, economical, political, and psychological problems. Many of those who “fled” their “religions” are in search again. Some try to “escape” the complexity of their daily lives via various means. Those who had the chance to examine the Qur’an and Islam, proceed with a complete way of life that relates man to establish a purpose for his presence on earth. This is well recognized in the Attributes of Allah and what does He require from man. He does not want man to be enslaved to any false deity: nature, drugs, lust, money, other man, desire, or sex. He provides man with the proofs that He is the One who can redeem so that man can free himself from the slavery to any form of creation and to turn to his Creator Alone. THIS Creator Has Perfect Attributes. He is the First, nothing is before Him, the Ever Living. To Him is the Final Return where everyone will be dealt with in the Most Perfect and Just way. He does not begot nor He is begotten. Those who attribute Divinity to Jesus forget or ignore the fact that Jesus was in a mother’s womb. He needed nutrition; he was born and grew up to be a man. He was trusted with the Gospel as a Message to the Children of Israel: “For there is One God, and one mediator (i.e. a messenger) between God and men (the Children of Israel), the man Christ Jesus) (I Timothy 2:5). A man-messenger calling his nation not to worship him: “But in vain they do worship me!” (Mathew 15:9). A man who needs to eat, walk, sleed, rest, etc.. cannot have Divine Attributes because he is in need and God (Allah) is Self-Sufficient. * www.fly-cards.com/en/cards/42 🌹 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YtQGJ1pS6Fs.html 🌷 drive.google.com/file/d/10Q_WcvkBJDR3XJOqdGuIG3ri-lYA4JIO/view 🌻 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ibz2MrW8x6U.html 🌼 discoveritsbeauty.com/mobile/ 🌺
