I love taking odd pentatonics and finding nice spots; for instance that pent that goes R b9 11 5 b7 ( I also use this over Maj7#11 chords if I think of it as R 3 #11 6 7) and then I move that around according to key so for F7 I would think from D, so: D Eb G A C D - really easy concept but then you move that around for each of the changes in the blues, or anything, really pretty and fun.
Could you please do a lesson with focus on the accompaniment to this blues - the different chord and inversion etc. That would be absolutely amazing. These are some of the most inspiring jazz lessons on youtube. So thank you - you guys.
Rotem, you are an awesome guitar player!! Your playing is melodic and looks effortless, but I know you practiced your butt off for many years. Take care and keep sharing the gift of music.
What a great teaching and practicising concept! I loved playing with you guys! I really really dig your channel, so much valuable music wisdom, taught with so much passion and sincerity! I am so thankful for your time and knowledge, I have learned a lot from you (still am).
Yo, playing with you is about to level up my guitar. I love the concept of you letting me into the jam sesh, much appreciated. Keep making interactive material like this, lots of fun
Awesome video! Enjoyed playing with you guys, the concept is very useful, I would like more similar videos) I am recently mastering English grammar, sorry if it came out crumpled
Fabulous! This would confuse a lot of the blues fans in my locality; too many chords! I have a reputation as “oh, Martyn, he doesn’t like blues.” It’s because around here it is played mostly in an uninspired fashion by blokes who dress like rough sleepers.😉
