Of course with their own talent aslo. U can see as an athlete Taufik is a bit lazy than the others, no doubt as personal character for example look at his cheek...., a bit chubby compare to LD, LCW, PG or CL...., and else.

I am not sure what happened to Taufik in his later years of badminton. Probably injuries taking their toll on body and mind. I think his game became linier thus easy to read for players in international. But man, I agree no one could compete with that backhand of his.

Lin Dan in his prime was an absolute monster - the badminton equivalent of Novak Djokovic. Taufik is generally regarded as one of the greatest of all time: in the top 5. But Lin Dan showed that he's slightly better in every category, and just destroyed him in the 1st set. Good to see that Taufik delivered a respectable performance in the 2nd set.
