2019 was better than 2018 when I survived a stroke. But not by much. There was the chain of 10K plumbing disasters then the AC unit died. In July. In Texas. If I make it out of 2019 without wearing a diaper I'll be lucky. Yeah -- the carnivore diet I started a couple weeks ago -- I'm really rethinking the no fiber thing and diapers pretty hard right now!

So sorry about your crappy year, Rich. I also lost my mother this year and that combined with a family illness have spent many hours in the hospital and oncologist’s waiting rooms. Please know that your videos helped me get through those “times of waiting” and keep my mind off of things that I had no control over. F*ck 2019 and know that I am passing the good vibes (even with all the crap you were going through) that you helped me with right back to you tenfold. Have an excellent 2020.

You can call me insensitive or naive. But you need to start looking at life from a new perspective. Stop focusing on the bad and you will have more time to enjoy the good. Maybe make that a goal of 2020. Even if this year is worse than 2019 stop feeling bad for yourself. I'm sorry if I again seem insensitive and naive its just that living the life I lived hearing all this complaining about the stuff makes me cringe. Yes you dont have the perfect life but the life you lived this year is only something some people can dream of experiencing a single year in ur life accidents and traumas included. But anyway I've had your outlook on life. Definitely not the way to go about living. On top of everything else in my life that thinking nearly killed me many times. For some reason I'm still here though which is a miracle that I am not dead or disabled. But no matter how many things, how bad or traumatic you have had to deal with you can always enjoy life and be happy. As long as you dont sit there and say woe is me every day and you see the bright side of things.
