I remember hearing his first few mixtapes and recognizing his talent. When he left D-Block I couldn’t believe it. It’s crazy all these years later that we get to hear all these stories from the actual people.

They did him dirty, plain and simple... Dipset pushed their artists but D block never made hood a priority, they were all busy with their solos. Imagine being all over d block mixtapes to make sure the lox name remains out there but they can't give you a release date.

The last album flopped and the mixtapes is what created the buzz for Jada to even get his solo album deal. That FunkFlex freestyle that Jhood stole the shine in, is what inked Styles P and Sheek solo deals. To this day other than lloyd banks NOBODY can compete with his metaphors. Period.
