Great reaction. This is F Hero's song, but as you said, it was a real collaboration with a pretty much even split between all three artists and they all blended and complemented each other so well. Bodyslam are (I understand) Thailand's biggest rock band. I have also read that most of their own work is a lot softer than this. BABYMETAL just make everything they touch turn to gold, they are so good.🦊 Su-metal had her teeth done some time between the Big Fox Festival and Legend S (her 20th birthday celebration) so between October and December 2017. I'm pretty sure I'm right as her teeth being so straight was one of the first things I noticed in a Legend S video.
When I see BABYMETAL I picture all the hard work they've put in. They've been at this for 14 years now, and there's never been a show that they phoned-in. Every concert is an intense, precise aerobic workout that none of us could keep up with...and all that repeated effort has refined their talent to the point that they're really peerless. They're silly, and fun, but they earn it harder than anyone in the industry today.
And shout out to BODYSLAM and F.HERO. They’ve been in the music industry, in all the Thai’s heart for over 20 years now. This collab is a banger of 3 legends we’ll remember for a long time.
Someone also pointed out that in this one, she doesn't have a mic in front of her face all the time. The part where she grins at the camera with her hands on her face melts me every time. As much as I loved her teenage death stare, to see her smiling so much now, so comfortable in her own skin, is wonderful.
This is an F.Hero song, so it will appear on his album. Yes, Su-metal started to get her teeth straightened about 9 years ago with inner braces that you can sometimes see when she performs. But you really have to look for it.
As Americans we know it is pretty standard for teenagers to have orthodontics done. Su-Metal had it done a few years ago. Mayu is actually doing it now. I didn’t have my teeth straightened until around 30 years old. The latter it is done in one’s life, the more likely they will become crooked again, like mine, if you don’t wear the retainers. I have know idea if affects the vocals, aside from the pain when they are tightened. Su-Metal still sounds great. ❤️🦊
@@rickwagner- That would make sense for an approximate 19 year old. As we age and the bones solidify, it becomes more difficult. Just advise to small people (younger in a English) to embrace the opportunity if you have it. It really does affect one’s confidence, at least it did mine.
Great reaction, thanks! Looking forward to the next one! Su-Metal's voice on top of double bass is the best sound in the world! 🦊 (Her teeth have been like that since 2018. I actually thought that they made her kind of unique, but as someone with some crooked teeth myself I TOTALLY understand wanting the get them straightened out. Especially in that position. As you said, they are perfect however they choose to be!)
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 Amazing triple collaboration! I have been smitten even after I heard this song hundreds of times. 😍. I love the juxtaposition of darkness and brightness both conveying positive and encouraging messages. After the seal of BABYMETAL's hiatus was lifted, it is difficult to follow their high velocity to develop surprising things by their own and with other excellent artists like in this MV. It is, of course, happy surprise though 🤩
Great video, Sir. This single is actually, F. Hero's track. Bodyslam is a very big deal in Thailand. So this whole song is a really incredible collaboration that they put together. This is also the heaviest that bodyslam had played. 🤘🏽
She had her teeth done awhile back,I think because they have become international and up till then it wasn't a big deal because Japanese culture prefer natural teeth unlike western culture. Not a big deal to me but i kinda prefer the original su
Damn, I thought it was her straight singing technique, with minimal use of vibrato, and her angelic tone that creates the chills. No one told me there was magic involved… 😎 Just kidding, they’re absolutely magical!!! 😂 🤘🦊
The "fangs" are called yaeba. They are considered cute in Japan. Although mostly prevalent in the juvenile population, some adults choose to fix their teeth for cosmetic, as well as health reasons.
Remember when people didn't take Babymetal seriously? I don't think there's a metalhead out there that doesn't get a happy grin on their face when they release something now.
👍 👍 Welcome back. Everything goes better with Babymetal 😉 Suzuka fixed her teeth probably around 2018 (could be wrong) it has been a while though. Hope to see you react to them again (you have actually not scratched the surface of their LIVE performances). After all they have over 60 different song/performances. Until next time.
In Japanese culture, having a crooked tooth is considered charming. But seeing that Babymetal became international, she needed to adapt and straighten her teeth.
@@tiggerswe5713 I don't think you're imagining things at all. They are definitely changing the way they approach performances, Su especially. Though we know she can still give out a mean death glare whenever she wants!
BABYMETAL makes me nostalgic for a past I haven’t lived. Su had her teeth done a while ago. As far as I remember she had what’s called Yaeba I believe - it’s either crooked teeth or overlapping teeth. It’s pretty common in Asia, and they usually have it fixed when they’re old enough. It’s true though that it makes them look more mature that way. So I suppose it’s both medical and cosmetic.
Yeah her teeth are straightened and she had a mole removed too. I kind of agree that it did make her appearance unique but of course she likely wanted them fixed. We still have her ears ;)
Pretty sure she had her teeth fixed - which I thought was a crying shame - but I don't blame her I guess (The mole removal I understand - but I think she had really pretty dentition). Still think she looked way better before but it is what it is. Great track anyway and good reaction!
Great reaction, this song is FIRE. As much as we are all love Babymetal. You have to give credit where credit is due to F. Hero for bringing these three great bands together. Babymetal Pa Pa Ya featured F. Hero now his song is featuring Babymetal. I look at it is scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.
Su had her teeth strighteneð years ago around her 20th birthday . Not just for vanity reasons, i think, but what i believe was a wisdom tooth was pushing other teeth out of shape . Just my opinion, but I did notice her teeth over the years were getting a bit more out of shape . Also, you may have noticed because Su was super smiley in this performance. Now i have got that out the way now the song 🤣 I love this song. Everyone was great in it, but like you, a bit of bias BabyMetal brings the light to any song ❤❤❤ 😁🤘🏼🦊🤘🏼
Great reaction, thanks! Definitely one of the best collaborations I've ever seen. Very well balanced among the three artists. Really loved F. Hero vocals and Bodyslam instrumentals and specially their singer's vocals. I believe that, as a BABYMETAL fan here, it's fair to mention and remark this. About BABYMETAL, it was just perfect. Very happy that Moa and Momoko had some separated lines from Su-metal. Chills? Yes Su-metal vocals causes the same effect on me and it's one of the reasons why I love BABYMETAL. 😊 🤘🦊
And F. Hero admitted that it was mainly his instincts. He knew thatvhe could work with Bodyslam and their guitarist was a Babymetal fan. And Bodyslam decided thatv4hey would have to play harder than ever before. They were obviously not quite as content.
It's F.Hero's project because the project was initially created by them. And Golf F.Hero is an executive producer. This is a proper way to do the collaboration. Three bands contributed quite equally in this song.
Totally right: Lot of awesome artists on this planet, but Babymetal just goes directly under your skin. To explain why we love them so much would take a book as thick as Lord of the Rings (damn I'm funny today!) Greets from Germany, enjoy!
The Titanic represents Sadness and loss people who are in this kind of situation when you get through this you have to move on with your life Don't sink link the Titanic
And F. Hero tried obviously everything for such a Collab but everything was stoped in Babymetals multi lagernd Process, till Bodyslam. But Moa had to find their older songs first till she said Ok and then it were Diskussions on the Management layer. It is obvious that on this layer the decisions for more singing by Moa and Momo were taken.
Pom rak Thai (I love Thailand) BabyMetal & F'n Hero rock Thailand! F'n Hero is Thailand's Pitbull. Everyone expects excellent music from Japan but not so much from Thailand. BodySlam & other Asian bands are another hidden gem.
Gorgeous. Then I actually heard this song and it was the first time I understood clearly 'Kawaii metal' effect of BM for the songs. And yes, Su- might have got her teeth straightened. I don't have the detail information about it, though...
