Honestly not surprising since pretty much every single movie and TV show is completely dubbed before being shown in Germany. So we have a whole business revolving around it and some of the best voice actors in the world. I'd guess it's similar in Greece. Turkey and China on the other hand essentially don't dub stuff - ever - so obviously don't know what they're doing and end up with a disaster. It's not all that surprising when you think about it.
