Such a great thing to see you Patrik, still on the scene still enjoying the game, and ocasionally doing the vids. You were the true insiration and actually watching you in early cs 1.6 days got me into the game and made me love it so much that im stuck with cs till this day. I wish u all the best and hopefully in some near future to lift more trophies, greets from Bosnia
This made me so happy! As long as it's not too much of a burdain to you, I think many people agree with me in that we would love for you to upload more. Anything is good in my eyes, personally I also miss your surfing! :)
I just picked up a 1440p 165hz IPS for all purpose but this is the monitor I wanna pick up for FPS game in the future. Love BenQ products so it'll be a welcome addition to my setup.
Holy shit I've been proud of the fact that from tech reviewers I have the most established professional gaming background. That's a RIP now. I've got a gaming mouse podcast with a few experts. Would love to have you as a guest!
Nice review! What I would be glad to see when checking out a review done by you is those specific game-related settings. What you use and why. Both on the monitor and in game. To give your review that little extra. That stands out from other reviews. An inside for settings from a pro players perspective.
Big fan of this monitor but most of all a bigger fan of yours f0rest. I remember spending nights at the internet cafe when i was a young teen back in the early 2000z, You make me want this monitor even more. Much love and a big fan from New Zealand :)
Me ,my cousin and my two brothers all own the Xl2546 the first model especially for playing Ranbow Six. Cant go back from that 240Hz and crisp Anti Motion Blur and Pixelchange Rate. I also own a Acer X27 165Hz G Sync with an IPS panel. Sure the picture is sharper but i cant get over the "laggyness" of the other monitors. I just will upgrade if Zowie releases a 1440p 240Hz with DyAc
Very nice to watch and listen for someone like you man. This review is realy good even for not the forst try. Keep doing it. Thank you for this review and especially for emotions that we've been gifted by your entire career!
Damn! thats dope to see you reviewing this monitor, maybe you can answer the question in everyone's lips when it comes to dyac+ and this line of zowie benq monitors. From your experience in the competitive scene through all the years, would you say Dyac+ is an actual used feature by the pros using this monitor or not really? do you personally use it?
thegamingsetup.com/gaming-mouse/buying-guides/mouse-size-chart-table For sensitivity I would look at pro's playing and eventually get to like a certain playstyle of theirs and take their sensitivity from prosettings.net and then just spending time getting used to it
Man, this was really professional! I would suggest buying some kind of lamp next to you which makes the whole room more white and brighter. You see this a lot in people who do lots of reviews. Lighting is important!
Hey Patrick, nice review. What do you think about the 2746k, 27 inches is just a bigger screen, is that a good choice or is it too big to play games? (CS, for example)
To be completely honest, I wasn't really looking to buy a new monitor, but wow this video made me want to buy one. f0rest could probably convince me to buy a rock off of him for 100$
Why would u buy a 240hz TN in 2020? Genuinely curious because theres amazing 240hz IPS displays that feature VRR too with great G2G times and hardly any ghosting? This monitor is expensive as heck for the little you get imo (DyAc is nice but not worth the price). Would love to hear why you are getting this instead of something else. EDIT: It’s also not future proofed at all, missing a lot of nice features these new high end monitors have too.
@@notthottie9882 I bought this monitor for a few reasons. 1) it’s very bright with all the goodies on. Most other monitors within that range turn very dark using all the features. 2) reputation 3) perfect size for playing Csgo in a custom resolution (most 27 inch panels are just too big for me) 4) it’s not curved 5) zowies black equalizer vs other monitors brightening tools is just miles better 6) it was on sale for me Those were my reasons
@@ezmoney25 Because IPS Pixel response times are beginning to match TN. Will they ever be 1:1 with TN speeds? Maybe not but I doubt anyone here is a professional in the field of gaming and needs that extra few MS. IMHO, it is better to get a nice package for future proofing and just general pleasure. I have both a TN 144Hz and IPS 240HZ and let me tell you, general use and gaming on completive shooters to open world games, it just makes the game seem so much more beautiful while TN Panels are just bland and lacking.
Sadge.. it didn’t go on sale for Black Friday.. I actually went to best buy and bought full price( well I had to order cause they didn’t have it in store and coming in December 8th.) I’m pretty pump.
Great to see a review from someone who can actually tell the truth about the monitor and perspectivate it! Can u please share ur csgo monitor settings thru the new "setting to share" feature?
Just received mine delivered on my doorstep. Upgraded from a samsung 144hz VA panel (chg90) and really looking forward to taking this beast out for a spin! Was considering buying the alienware 360hz monitor however I ended up deciding against it. I think this monitor, although 240hz compared to alienware's 360hz, will offer more of a competitive advantage. Let me know if any of you guys picked up this monitor as well!
Hi. Nice video ! My question is : how can I update my monitor? I have this monitor xl2546k pair with an 2070 Super but I wonder if I should make any updates / firmware update or anything like that....
