To those who are asking about the difference between DyAc and DyAc+, What I can say is that the difference is quite minimal and barely noticeable to the human eye, except for super competitive gamers who are extremely sensitive. DyAc+ is a little faster in terms of panel response and is built on the same tech as DyAc.
I’ll be honest... I came just wanting to know about the monitor etc... didn’t know I’d find a golden channel in the process. Genuinely love the atmosphere and presentation style! Especially your persona!
Ah, great were the days, when even a good 85Hz was better for fast gaming (arena fps: quake/ut), than the first 120Hz LCD monitors were. And the CRTs do still keep up!
Does the Ben q zowie xl2546k have g sync in it, I have a Nividia graphics and I want this monitor but I haven’t seen any videos specifically saying it has g sync
awesome video, is there any differnece between Dyac and Dyac + btw ?? there is a reduction for the xl2546 on amazon but not for the xl2546+, i am csgo hard player, not pro but very tryharding and i ordered the reduction with the xl2546, i dont know if i should switch to the xl2546k, thank you !
@@charleshawk6668 when you turn on dyac it switches the profile resulting in going back into the settings and turning it back up. That’s how it was for me atleast
Going to replace my old acer predator wiht maybe another predator, EIZO but found XL2746S as interesting too. the acer and benq are in the same pricerange but the main difference it looks to be, the gsync vs ULMB/dyac+. Any Advices? Playing EFT,COD,PUBG a couple of hours/day.
Might just be me, because I just stumbled upon this video, but there is no motion blur in CSGO. Neither will your crosshair get less blurry from Dyac, because its never blurry to begin with since its just a static image and isn't affected by mouse movement? So the conclusion seems to be completely off. Please do correct me, because I might have missed something. The only potential thing this helps with is blurry of the character models, but again for CSGO its not noticable, because your general movement speed is way to low for this to have an effect.
wtf > G-Synd and FreeSync are the same? One use a hardware solution to solve the synchronization build inside the monitor and only compatible with Nvidia drivers The other is simpler/cheaper solution that solve the issue inside the GPU and both company share the drivers to work the decoding. Freesync is cheaper to implement and Nvidia more expensive, both fix the issue but some would argue Nvidia does it better (works out of the box) but with that extra cost arrive from the microcircuit inside the monitor. Saying both are the same is like saying a mechanical keyboard behave just the same as a membrane keyboard.
Serious question here: Isn't it really dumb for a 240 Hz Monitor NOT to have G sync or Free Sync? Because I doubt that constantly having 240 fps is achievable.
You dont need or want Gsync on it will ad lag. Disable Vsync in the game settings and let the monitor run 240hz and not worry about syncing the game to refresh. You won't notice screen tearing and will be rewarded with faster response times.
May I ask has the colour grading or lighting changed? I immediately noticed skin tones are different. More contrast or warmer it seems to my amateur eyes.
You're right. We're constantly trying new things since we're still quite a small channel to try and find the best balance for our content. What do you think? Do you prefer and cooler and flatter look?
@@MOBHouse for me personally, at first glance the contrast can be a tad bit overwhelming especially with the background practical lighting. So with the background that you guys have, flatter colour works better for me, but hey that's just me, who knows I will grow to like the current look. I am happy to see you guys trying new stuff! All the best!
I am Japanese Because I can't understand the content of the video Conclusion Which won Dyac + or G-sync? Also, which one should I use? I play Fortnite and apex and osu!
The monitor is still $150 over due to the horrible colors you have to sacrifice to increase image clarity. DyAc+ for $499 U.S. while IPS 360 hz monitors are fairly cheaper.
I've been bugging them for ages. They're less concerned with appealing to the masses and more concerned with serving their niche, which has always earned my respect!
@@cryptokirby if your fps is stable around your refresh rate without major dips below refresh rate use dyac, if your fps dips well below your refresh rate use gsync imo
