Jos Verstappen's F1 records are somewhat different to his son's, Max, who is now a multiple world champion. 2000 would be Jos's second best season in F1 finishing in 12th place despite retiring from 10 out of 17 races. His best season was his first, in 1994, with 2 podiums whilst driving for Benetton which placed him 10th overall despite not taking in part in every race.
