fun fact: both the Williams FW14B and the Williams FW18 are the only 2 that are featured in all 5 games with classic cars (2013, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020)

For me its the f2004, its so gorgeous, the most beautiful car ever in f1 and the sound just makes it 10x better (although doesn’t sound exactly like irl) but lets not forget how extremely quick it was, its just an insane car🏎

Great video showing the suck progression of f1 cars as they turn into s/wheel button controlled limo's. We want real f1 back please. Me first live g.p. 1964 ,Germany 100+ since- only watch t.v. now. 60's, 70's 80's sim g.p. cars more challenging to drive and get right. Just my 2$.

My favorite classic F1 cars were the Ferrari F1-90, Williams FW18 and the Williams FW14B. I remember those cars the most as a kid. Mostly the Williams F1 cars though.

For me Senna's 1988 McLaren MP4/4, BENNETON B194, RED BULL RB6, BRAWN GP 001, and Benneton B195. All are equally gorgeous.

The sounds do not fit at many cars... For example the 2006 Renault sounds exactly the same as the 2010 Red Bull, even the RPM is the same, wich is not correct. The Brawn car sounds like the 2008 McLaren, with the same RPM wich is also not correct...

Well, both Renault 2006 and 2010 redbull uses the 2.4L v8 renault engine Same applies to Brawn 2009 and McLaren 2008. They both use the same mercedes 2.4L v8 engine

I have a question: shouldn't a 2006 car have much more top speed? I am 80% sure that top teams reached 340-350 km/h at Monza, even with V8s. If someone knows better, feel free to answer me

You know they actually used the ‘89 footage for the movie and tried to pass it off ass the ‘88 monaco pole lap. In ‘89 McLaren used a Honda V12, thus explaining the sound

Yes, Acceleration and maximum speed are all wrong. Even not to Mention the Turbo Era in 80s, Jordan 3.5 V8 has around 750hp and Williams has 760~780 at early 90s with less downforce and drag (no winglets) but more torque than 2.4 V8, those F1 in game after 2006 could still accelerate faster than Jordan and Higher Maximum Speed. Not to mention first NA reach highest rpm at 19050 and 900HP with only Natural Aspiration, the 2003 BMW P83 could easily do 360km/h in Monza but this video could only reach 345 something but the 2.4 V8 is nearly getting the same speed / accelerate pace ... That was a Joke.

Why do they not include full classic seasons? That would be so great. It is such a shame how lazy they are with this game. They could do so much more with little effort. Instead all they do is giving us the same cheap and uninspired product each year.

@@mTwMarco The first McLaren for example. In the old days, downshifting was not quick as nowadays. The driver is downshifting very quickly and look at the hand which is on the gear, it is not synchronized. Please watch some onboard videos from late 80's or early 90's to compare it, you will understand what I mean.

they add like 2 cars each year, is so dumb, they are such a greedy company, if you want to play them you should just buy the last game they release, I have the f1 2018 and I want to play the cars in f1 2020 but it is not worth buying, is so dumb!!!!
