Have to say that the race start they showed at the end of the clip was in fact from the 1984 European Grand Prix held at the then 'new' Nurburgring circuit.
Well it was on one of four WRC rallye cassettes from ´85 or ´86. It was at the end of the tape as a kind of bonus. The other tapes had clips of rally dakar and speedboats.

Documentario bellissimo!! Peccato solo 10 minuti. Le vetture di F1 hanno raggiunto il massimo dell'estetica e della funzionalità con la F640 di Prost e la MP/4 di Senna dopodiché è cominciato uno sviluppo che me le ha fatte piacere sempre di meno. La stessa Ferrari 2004 di Schumacher, era un auto fenomenale ma con quel muso a punta staccato dagli alettoni non mi piaceva per niente. Quelle di adesso poi sono orribili, lunghe e piene di orpelli.

The rules set were so openned back then engineers could really innovate. Nobody was forced to copy other teams unlike today because of an over restrictive rulebook.
Amazing atmosphere of 80s, music and very, very important thing to me- I can still watch alive F1! Of course it is sad that this sport was caught in dirty hands and now is not worth, it's only the political interest in the game-rich, filthy grandfathers who see only themselves.
