i currently put 2xssm and 1xscalp, with 1x tmf, 1x sr5 122/300 and 2x type 89, t-929 atak 2( anti sub),2x seahawk sigma and 3x rim 162 d on my type 83. Any suggestion to improve?

Bro equipment always not matter, yes i agree hms type 83 have same amount equipment but still 3x slot missile in 1 unit very good to use X-51 better experience & f127 have better speed & maneuver & this cannon is to good powerful.. other side hms type 83 high durability good aa system but low speed with low maneuver,,last off all i remind all ship have pros & cons choice matter
