Do you use it before the wash or after?

Actually, we use Gyeon Iron during the wash. We use the foam cannonn then rinse next use Gyeon Iron. Then we rinse again and use the two bucket wash method. Make sure you rinse out all the seals, etc, really well at the end of the wash.

Any thoughts between CarPro and Gyeon? Who do you think offers better quality and performance overall?

Having used both, both are great brands. However, we are certified with Gyeon and use Gyeon in our shop because their products provide excellent value and work well for both the DIY consumers and the professionals.

Both make great chemicals but gyeon offers just as good products for cheaper. I also think some products are the same between the brands, like eraser and prep: they smell exactly the same and perform exactly the same, to me it seems like the same product but where I live prep is far cheaper. There are definetly a few standouts in each lineup: carpro lift is a far better pre wash than anything gyeon offers, but there are other pre washes on the market that perform better. For decon products, gyeon has to me better chemicals, tar is awesome and iron is by far the best iron remover I’ve tested. Coatings is where I think there is the biggest difference. Gyeon has far better consumer and pro grade coatings application and durability wise. Overall there isn’t a single chemical in neither of their line ups that is a dud, mostly personal preference and price depends on where you live. To me, gyeon all the way.
