[F4A] Abuse comfort. [Past Abusive relationship, PTSD, Comfort] 

That ringing in the ears when you can only hear your own heartbeat is so accurate

It takes a lot for me to show emotion, but this made me happy. Even though it said comfort in the title, I still genuely thought I was going to be yelled at. This helped me, thank you

I did have a similar case, only it wasn’t past abuse or whichever that was about, it was another event when a Hilux toyota car nearly hit me and my parents near a McDonald’s probably a few weeks ago. I needed this after that one time a Hilux pickup car/truck almost hit me and my parents. We could have probably got severely injured or worse. Since then, whenever I hear the word “Hilux” or whenever I see a white pickup truck, that activates my ptsd and I feel aware but anxious and afraid at the same time. Now that I’m hearing this audio, I still remember what happened but I feel ok since this is a ptsd comfort audio. Thanks, Aly. I feel a little bit better now.
