Darling, I say this with love and someone who knows bikes and I'm a woman - please raise your seat. You will harm your back with how you're sat on the bike and could cause significant pelvic pain, you may even notice pain in the knees. Notice how when you're riding, you're hunched over? If you raise your seat a smidge, and your heal comes up off the ground when at rest you'll be in a better position.
