Wow! Fantastic, I've seen Fab Four at a Liverpool Beatle Convention, but never heard them do Christmas songs to a Beatles beat. Totally Awesome. Do we want more? Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
BillyBeatle67 the man playing George in the Fab Four & on this tv special is Gavin Pring. He's a native Liverpudlian, and has performed as a 'guest' in many groups including the Blue Meanies during Liverpool, UK's annual Beatleweek, Nube 9 during AROTR, and has his own solo act "George Harry's Son ". Gavin joined the Fab Four a few yrs ago.
Unfortunately nearly every time I've seen them since he joined, there's no "George song" pre-1969. (Also, no Ringo song except "With a Little Help...") The Beatles on tour 1964 to 1966 didn't give the fans very many songs per show, but they DID include at least one George and one Ringo vocal.
Last July 12, 2016 here in the Philippines commemorating 50 years or are they touring Asia the "Bootleg Beatles" had performed all the classic Beatles. I just saw the news in the Internet, how about you guys take advantage of the situation if you could visit Asia start in the Philippines let's say this coming November to December. That will surely Rock the House in your unique trailblazing style COME ON guys visit Asia the Philippines in another yet historic event tell the World that it is your second concert visit forget about the past event which during July 4, 1966 an incident took place before their departure at the Airport You know. Bring on the FAB FOUR in ASIA. PLEASE , PLEASE Mr. Ron McNeil.
I love when Paul/Ardy screams and then and turns around. They must know that’s a money shot. I think they should make a DVD of this. If anyone knows if that Exists ??
Fab 4 u rock & u lads are cutie pies like the real Beatles. Any chance u lads may come to Kansas for a concert sometime soon? Love the video it is a fab & gear video lads. Cheers: Christine V. Berndt
Well, yes, the Christmas songs were lip-synced to the records, but the audience was not paying to see a "live" performance, nor was the appearance promoted as "live" performance. Only 4 minutes of the 11 minute appearance were Christmas songs. Paying to see a live performance merged with pre-recorded instrument tracks and vocal harmonies could certainly be considered deceptive and I believe that is what Penn Jillette refers to as "lying". Nothing like that here.
Is this guy playing George, is he the guy from the Band " Blue Meanies" from England, Liverpool??? or was there more that one tribute band playing at that George Harrison memorial gig that day. The reason I ask is that I also had a guy that was being considered for our group "Beatle Magic (Australia) meet Paul McCartney that day . I just thought ...what a coincidence if they were in the same group...
amazing is the word , and man this guys are doing justice to the tours that the beatles should have done but didnt because of their paranoia thoughts, drugs do that
