Team Fabio!! Welcome back for another episode of Fabio's Kitchen - Season 4! Today we are making my glorious Espresso Cream Pancakes. I am not a pastry chef by any means, and you don't need to be either...this dish is SO SIMPLE to replicate and will go toe-to-toe with any pasty out there!

Here are the ingredients needed for my Espresso Cream Pancakes:
Pancakes:
Your favorite pancake batter
Butter
Fresh blueberries
1oz dark chocolate, grated
Pastry Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
1 shot of espresso
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

I'm obsessed with Italian food way too much!! Thanks for posting this I’m going to have to share this with my girlfriend. I need to learn how to cook! This looks way to good can I get a bite?
