The FTJ 11-75 mobile jaw crusher, with a speed-controlled vibrating feeder, helps clean and coarse material enter the crusher by separating dirty material through an intermediate screen located before the crushing chamber. This significantly enhances the quality of the final material. With this system, various stone groups such as granite, basalt, and limestone can be easily crushed. In this setup, the material crushed by the FTJ 11-75 is sent to the FTI-130 mobile impact crusher, where the customer can obtain finer material. The dimensions of the output material can be adjusted
thanks to hydraulically adjustable pendulums. After the FTI-130 Mobile Impact Crusher, the material is sent to the FTS 15-60 mobile screening plant, where four different materials can be obtained simultaneously.
All mobile crusher plants in the combination feature hybrid technology. Thanks to hybrid technology, the mobile crushing and screening plants can operate using either electric power or diesel fuel as needed. Hybrid technology is utilized in quarries and construction sites where regular electric power is not available.
FABO's new generation mobile crushing and screening plants are controlled by an automation system, allowing all equipment in the plant to be managed from a control panel and via remote control.
