I've constructed a junk journal from my k-cup coffee pod bpx. Since I always have a cup of coffee on my bench or in my hand - I have an abundance of coffee pod packaging! This journal is covered in fabric with a peek-a-boo hole embellishment. In this video, I construct and cover the bones of the journal, pull together two signatures and bind them into the book.
I am making this journal as a gift for a baby shower. The new mom has decorated her baby girl's nursery in grey and pink, therefore, my fabric and paper choices. I think a junk journal will be a nice way to document "life with baby". I'm not making it a journal of baby growth and medical records but trying to create a spot to record memories!

Oh my goodness WHAT A BLESSING you are!!!!!! I can't even begin to tell you how many people I have looked at just trying to get an idea of how to put this journal together! Please DON'T misunderstand, they were all a blessing in their own right BUT you were the ONLY ONE that gave me a SIMPLE step by step pattern to follow AND in a timely manner! I didn't have time to get bored or my mind wander off from all the talking and over explaining (which only confused me lol, but so very true!). Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! What a lovely comment…I do try to keep my videos shorter and to the point! I have trouble staying engaged when tutorials run off topic or become chatty. Like you, everything is informative and valuable in its own style and appeals to different viewers for different reasons😀 However, I’m still a full time worker with limited time for the hobbies I enjoy, so, at this point in my lifecycle, I gravitate and try to deliver short and to the point! Thanks for makeing it achievable iv looked at other vidoes and gosh some do waffle on and on cats dogs become part of the video and a lot are so messy and go off point im loveing your style as well so keep up the great work im looking forward to following you thank you 😁💃
