Awesome dude it shows with same tools and same hands you could have whatever you want when you can't buy the expensive top name brands, I can't afford it so I took your idea and got a free tool box to get the diamond plate from it for my Ram gate and made me a top dollar iron bumper thanks bud 🤠 yee yee
Looks phenomenal. I’m definitely using this video for reference but I would recommend using a piece of flat strap the connect the pipe to your headlight arms. If something hits those are they’ll fold in and possibly dent your front fenders
You got all that done in that short period of time and it looks good. Great work man. Your obviously a metal worker of some sort 🎉 seriously dude good job. Could you lift that bumper by yourself?
Can you show us how that ranch hand hooks up the the frame or however it works,I recently bought the same one but it didn’t come with the brackets so I need to figure out how to put it on my truck.
I used all scrap materials I had laying around but you need about 4’x8’ sheet of diamond plate, 2’x4’ sheet of expanded metal and a 5’ stick of 4 1/2” pipe if you cut it in half like I did. No idea what it would cost since I didn’t have to buy mine, I would guess all new stuff would run you about $400
I think I should tell you should trim back Hit a little bit don't put the bumper so close to the Is body because the body of your car and the frame actually moved separately So if you hit a big bump or multiple hip bumps it can cause a damage to your body of your Truck I figured I should warn you about that knew about that not sure how old this video is though he was dumb maybe he already found that out
That’s for letting me know, so far so good though. I live on a really rough dirt road abs have t had a problem yet, but I might drop it some just in case
