Great apartment...I just use this RU-vid vid as a.s.m.r. to calm my anxieties and fall asleep. Right when she says "monolithic big slab of stone" I'm out like a baby. She sounds like if Angels were synchronized swimming on her vocal chords. Melts my crown chakra

In The Québec Province you are not allowed to have a room with no windows for safety reasons, so you have to get natural light and fresh air and even an escape route in case of fire. So she had to keep an open wall.

If I had enough money to buy this place, first thing I would do is reconstruct that wall so that there's just enough room for a larger bed. Other than that, its perfect. The bathroom is extraordinary and the living room, well, there are no words.

Love the industrial interior and the view! Just better if there's the layout was different, the bedroom was in the dining area so it has a view, then the dining and living is right in front of the kitchen so guests and can be entertained. Other than that I love everything!

Or I'd switch the reading nook and the bedroom. I think the bedroom deserves the view more than a reading nook. Anyhoo, I'm really loving the interior as a whole. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@@karencacal5313 i love the idea of having the bedroom moved to the back, but then you lose the wall of Windows effect and quite a bit of light and view in the living space. But if you spend a lot f time in your bedroom and it’s your sanctuary, that’s a great plan!

I get the whole 'loft vibe thing.....(for some) but being greeted 'immediately' by a giant 'obstructive' concrete pillar in the middle of the space, is a bit of a turn off in an entrance!. (also, an interior designers nightmare!).
