I had a tip plasty, face & neck lift under local rather than general anaesthetic. No pain, no issues. I’d highly recommend local rather than general anaesthetic. I’ve had both and local is the way to go. Not so many risks are involved with local and you bounce back after surgery so much faster

@@mirasingh7428 I’ve had fantastic results. No issues and I’m 10 weeks post op and super happy. Love my results. My surgical scars are so faint I can hardly notice them. I was recommended silicon gel or silicon tape to put on scars about 6 weeks after surgery to fade the scarring fast. It really works well, and also if you have scar tissue or raised scars afterwards this stuff is the best treatment. Local Anaesthetic is the way to go and becoming way more popular with such low risk compared to general anaesthetic. If I ever have more surgery I’ll only use local now. You feel nothing and you dose in and out of sleep. You really don’t recall much of the op afterwards either. Once it was over I rested a few hours then went home. Felt great afterwards. Times have changed from the old mind set and so to has medical techniques & medical technology. General anaesthetic has its place for certain operations but cosmetic surgery under local anaesthetic is the way forward for many plastic surgeons now. Much more affordable and it’s super safe.
