Face pulls are one of most underrated but one of the best exercise. AthleanX considers it to be non negotiable. For strengthening your rotator cuffs and improving your posture, it helps a lot.
@@snehasishdev3296 If you want to strengthen your rotator cuff, you'll have take your wrist (following the thumb) behind the shoulder and you'll have to rotate it externally. :3

Ok, couple of things here. I think everyone will agree with me when I say Jeff from AtheleanX has the most experience in face pulls and he made some very valid points about keeping the angle on top. Secondly, your elbow shouldn't be behind your hands! Your hands are suppose to go behind your back for a full contraption in your back. I would recommend you'll to go watch his face pulls video.

athlean x will never approve of this... 2 different things - 1. the height and position of cable attachment 2. the lenght of rope and the range of motion is less here 3. the movement pattern where the elbow is winning the race and not the hands when going to back
