Probably a juvenile jaguar - I have heard about a similar story from Brazil, where a juvelie jaguar approached a fisherman, asking for a fish. Jaguars are very inrilligent animals!
Awww look a beautiful jaguar 😍😍💞 🐆just confused at the camera man because she or he hasnt seen him before in their life but still if i saw a cute but dangerous jaguar i would literally shit myself 😱🤣🤣🤣🤣
A very Sacred encounter you should feel very Honored. Since they are the big cat of Vision & Valor they can see your heart and true intentions. It usually marks the end of your current journey and the beginning of a new one. A heroic quest awaits you. Snapple fact: Panthera Onca (Jaguar) has strongest bite in the Feline Kingdom (recorded @ 2,000lbs PSI!!! (per square inch) Absolutely incredible!
Jaguars are actualy not that agressive towards people as leopards are They instead flee from them as soon as possible. They dont see us as prey as leopards do, they oftenly hunt capybaras, peccaries, anteaters, agoutis, deer, monkeys and even can crush turtle shell or caimans skull with their most powerful bite This one is a cub Scientists said that jaguars are not that much agressive and territorial to other jaguars, as we saw in disneys documentary jungle cat, where somehow paired jaguars, one normal and one melanistic raised cub
Methinks this one has some comfort around humans, as did the human around the cat. Was this a truly wild jaguar filmed in a wild habitat? Very cool footage either way.

Comment section is, per usual, idiotic. Jaguars *_RARELY_* have violent interactions with humans that we aren't the initiators of the violence. There's a reason why they've been kept as status pets since well before Columbus, their reaction to humans is usually wary curiosity, nothing predatory.
@@justsomeoldyoutuber6093 I mean its probably similar to mountain lions either way. I'm all for them re-establishing territory, they are amazing animals.
What would I do?? I sure as shit wouldn’t let him get anywhere close to me in the first place so this would never happen. Dude had to have just been sitting there and watching it as it walked right up to him…ain’t no way I would do that. Even the “All Powerful” camera man has shit odds in this scenario, he was the 1/10 that walk away for sure.
Jaguars, unlike Leopards, are not aggressive each other and will tend to flee when they see humans. This one however is not using stealth and it doesn’t seem scared, it could be an abandoned exotic pet for all I know. This could be "El Jefe", the only known Jaguar within the United States.
@@pengenjadiyoutuberdennysw9425 unfortunately El jefe the jaguar that bro is mentioning in op was killed by poachers with rifles back in 2017.. only miles from the Arizona Mexico border.. a couple of white guys got caught and prosecuted for it too by Arizona DNR.. jaguars are known to very mild tempered and elusive cats.. idk how many people they have actually killed in the wild but I don’t hear many cases.. more of peoples dogs and cats being eaten then them trying to prey on humans.. where jaguars live too are also in very impoverished parts of the world(mexico and central/South America) so who knows what records are being kept.. but from everything I’ve heard and seen they are pretty docile when it comes to big cats.. they are also very sufficient predators who’ve been known to take down fully grown American crocodiles.. it’s a badass animal ❤🐆
Jaguars first evolved in Eurasia sometime around three million years ago, they made it through the ice age. They are amazingly beautiful, strong and fearless. They are loners that have no fear 'because they are old souls that carry in them the wisdom of millions of years. But you that know you've looked into his eyes.
@@ferdelance6801 Oh , I would love too, but it would take money I don't have being a retiree ! You will have to see them for me , and give them my love ! 🐾
I came across a Jaguar in Peru. I was alone in my tent at night with my small dog who started barking. Then I heard this heavy breathing about 10 feet from my tent. I didn’t know what it was then but I knew it was big. And it was not going anywhere. It just stayed there, breathing. I was never so scared in my life. It was pitch black, I could not see anything. I thought of taking a photo but then I thought the flash might make the animal jump so I did not. I then remembered my bear spray so I opened the tent and sprayed. After that, there was no more breathing. I put my dog on a sling attached to me and with a flashlight in one hand and the spray in the other, I ran screaming to the hut where my guide was cooking dinner. The next morning, the paw prints were identified as those of a jaguar. My first question was: do jaguars attack? The answer: yes. That was a little too close for comfort but yeah, never go to the jungle without bear spray.
Does this happen to be in Arizona? Yes, we have them here. They go over the mountains over the border from Mexico and to Arizona. The oldest recorded jaguar in Arizona the first one that ever crossed the border. His name is El jefe, AKA the boss.
I said same thing this looks like Arizona or new Mexico we know on video that there's at least 5 in the states but they have also been seen in Texas, Cali lately as well
Dont say jaguar is leopard And simple to know if it jaguar or leopard 1st: jaguar its much bigger while leopard is the smallest cat at africa (dont say cheetah is smaller) 2nd: jaguar has point spot inside his big spot while leopard doesnt have it 3rd: jaguar can be see in america and amazon while leopard is on asia and africa 4th: jaguar bites on head and leopard bite on neck 5th: jaguar can swim and leopard can climb Hope it help
Idk why people are so fascinating with coexisting with killing machines 😂 and yes humans can kill but this is their natural habitat and what they do for survival
So unnecessary. Thats a young curious jaguar just checking out the weird hairless alien. They attack by sneaking up on prey so if it wanted to eat all that blubber, you'd never see it coming. Good for the jaguar 😏
Don’t lose your head over the beauty of this animal. Seriously, don’t lose your head because that’s the first thing it will take from you while it crushes your skull and brain into jelly.
They're very docile towards humans so I'm not surprised he came up to you and said what's up. Most animaks wouldnt dare try to mess with a bipedal creature it's too much of a risk for them. Never heard of an unprovoked jaguar attack on a human. He's a good boi
