Just Sooo Stoked to of watched this!!! Im 65 with 4+3 Unfavourable Intermediate Cancer.. My Urologist Surgeon want to do Radical Laparoscopy Operation..Im an Athlete(X-Pro Surfer) And i could not face the RE-Hab after Surgery.. Currently PSA is 7.7 And am looking at CyberKnife Therapy here in Australia..My PSMA Pet Scan was promising with Total Localised Cancer.

@@johnmchale8308 Yes sure did... Easy process..Had a couple of sessions abandoned at the last minute due to too much Gas in the Colon...But no real problems at all...I just had my first PSA blood Test post treatment and the results where... From 7.7 down to 3.2. Have to wait another 3 months before i can get another test done.. So its just the Waiting Game that is a worry.. Cheers,Ross.

Hey Ross, So you didnt get all your 5 treatments? Did they put you on ADT hormone treatment because of the 4-3? I refuse to take lubron to get castrated, new landmark study shows no benefit in long term outcomes John

@@johnmchale8308 Yes had the 5 treatment's.. And i too would not take the Hormone treatments...My Radiation Oncologist suggested to Not take Hormones..After 3 months my Urine stream is still restricted and the urgency is still there but not as bad...

@@johnmchale8308 If that's so, and I have no reason to disbelieve you, thank you for the clarification. For the benefit of others reading this, I have a Gleason score of 4+3 with an all-clear PET scan and I will need hormone therpy for six months. Seems it was just the Gleason score that did it..

I have a Gleason 9 ( T3 )and the cancer has broken through the capsule and decided I am refusing all treatment. I have enough not going through 40 treatments of regular radiation and hormone therapy. Already have a blood cancer called Essential Thrombocythemia
