Sandra, who not only has overcome an abusive relationship, the passing of her father just days before her wedding, and diagnosis of diabetes, has found her home in F45, having lost 110 pounds (50kg) and completing over 2,400 classes to date. Her journey has plenty of highs and lows having overcome loss and hardships, with her F45 family there to support her and motivate her along the way.
