@@amandaanderson209 That's true. I have no idea honestly. There's another Duffy video a year later, and he doesn't have a neck tattoo, and his arms are falling apart. Same age though, and he looked okay other than his arms in the other video. Maybe there is 2 duffy's. Frank would know.

The neck tattoo, the other Duff doesn't have one. This guys face and head is bigger. This is Tom Duffy. The other Duff is Ken Duffy, he did an interview where he says his first name on The Preacher guys channel. Ya can't see it in the video, but he said this guy has 2 different color eyes. Pretty sure the Duff has same color eyes. I'm so glad I'm not the only one trying to figure that out. *ETA this guys social media hasn't been updated since around the time of this video, BUT his mom's Facebook has a recently uploaded family pic with him in it. I hope it is recent picture and not an old one, and he iswith fam and getting help. Prayers for both Duffs, and all of these people struggling.

@billj4525 This isn't the same duffy. I seen a older video of the other Duffy before he got really bad n still luked halfway healthy. Matter fact ive seen several videos of the other Duffy n diff channels. They dnt luk nuthin alike.

He did go to treatment but to my understanding he has left. I have reason to believe he is back down there in Kensington. He is so sick... physically, mentally, and spiritually. His only way out of this is a divine intervention with a clear vision of exactly that. Please honey, keep him in your prayers always. My heart 💔 is so heavy for him. I just want him to win this war with the devil, and realistically it hard to believe he will most of the time. 🙏

Born and raised down there. I see so many ppl u interview that I Kno or seen. Let me tell u wasn't like that growing up. I lived on Helen St off of Somerset. Those couple blocks are called The Village. The Village Deli should be on the corner still.

Crystal O'Donnell just reach out to him crystal. Don’t blame yourself. Addiction is genetic & depression. The average person doesn’t just say “let.me try this”. Reach out to him. He said he has kids. Do that to see if you can help him

I had to go back and look it up and you’re right it’s heartbreaking same person. He looks very very sick and very very thin like the walking corpse.

I was wondering the same, if he was the same Duff(y) who was on a walker in the interview last month, and who had diseased arms in 2021. But this Duffy from 4 years ago has neck tattoos and somewhat different features.
