This guy seems to be a great doctor, in my stupid country we don't have that, I have agonizing pain every single day of my life and everything is normal according with "doctors"
Huge topic that is impossible to cover completely in less than an series of lectures each longer than this talk. I would just add that an incipient chalazion is a very common cause of eye/periocular pain and can be difficult to discover/elicit this without specifically considering it. Also asking about cervical disease, difficulty sleeping and looking for a head tilt is important in ruling out Greater occipital neuralgia which is the other rather common diagnosis I see that is most often missed in patients who come in with a history of eye/facial pain and a big work up done elsewhere which turns out to be completely negative. All these talks by Dr. Lee are gold....worth watching for ANY Ophthalmologist or Optometrist even if you think you know this stuff.
Right now my eyes feel like they want to pop out of my skull andy sockets burn and tingle like tiny stitches or cuts for 5 yrs the tingling goes to my cheek sometimes and Drs haven't found anything
