Anticipatory Grief. What does it mean and how do you deal with a loved one who is dying? We will all experience the loss of a loved one at some point. Sometimes, these losses are a long time coming, leaving you at a “in-between place” of holding on and letting go. What you do during this time, and what you focus on, will contribute to your overall process of grief, as well as your loved ones sense of well-being.
In this video, I’ll tell you the steps necessary to work toward the positive emotions associated with a impending death of a loved one. I call it “Anticipatory Contentment”.
