Ok so If I understand your analysis correct, John wasn't lying, he was generalizing. Still much more accurate than most other political parties. His point is still valid, WC and DA creating a lot more jobs than other provinces, Keeping in mind that there are a lot more job creating potential in these other provinces.

This is what I argued all along with DA during their campaign, Statistically the unemployment figures remained almost the same for locals of Western cape.

I have never seen anyone from statistics SA asking if people are employed ever, in the neighborhood. Not in apartheid days, nor since freedom. I have seen StatSA people twice since freedom for the census. That's all

StatsSAs results are definitely questionable for the WHOLE country. Eg they can't access security complexes and would feel unsafe in crime ridden areas which eg ambulances even avoid. I've encountered them ONCE in 30yrs only. Watse stats! A waste of taxpayers money done via an ancient 100yr old system, on foot....

StatsSA has no clue what is going on because nobody ever came to my door to ask if I have a job. Another example is that nobody visited me, nor my 2 children (at different addresses), nor ANY of my friends or family THROUGOUT South Africa. And you want me to believe the stats?

Mmmm…. fact check - it is not possible to arrive at that conclusion. The KEY INDICATORS OF THE LABOUR MARKET is governed by an international standard- how do you and the DA measure against that measurement - you could have been using a different basket of indicators ?
