90% of these FF are utterly ridiculous and have no bearing on the child’s welfare whatsoever. Eg an argument from 7 years ago for a child of 4 is just absurd. But it keeps people like you in business….. 🤮
@@asdasd4622no, the solicitors from an background of academia but no life experience. I’ve met barristers representing parents who don’t even have their own children…. Truly disturbing. Do not pay these people
Hello im a litigant in person in a family law fact finding hearing. Im the applicant of the c100 application. The respondant mother of kids has in my opinion dreampt up alot of allegations all after disappearing with kids. Even court took over a year to find her and for her to finaly appear after several hearings without her during 1.5yrs of hiding with the kids. I am fine with the hearing as long as court does its job properly it should find most if not all allegations are false. Am i right in believing with how important this hearing is its best to try ask for it to be where we are personaly present and put on the stand. This would hopefully put both sides in more pressure which i think will he more bemeficial to find the truth. Pls advise if im right. Thank you
