Brilliant advice. I had horrendous false allegations during divorce, whish I had seen this before. I mostly did the things you advise here. Eventually most of her lies came to light, but not after years of allegations, child protection orders. She tried to make false reports to police, but after the 3rd effort the police stopped taking her seriously. She was horrendously abusive and suffered from borderline personality disorder as many such women do.

I totally agree. I was hit with the silver bullet. The court didn't have the intelligence to figure out the mother was lying. It took me 3 years to prove the mother was the perpetrator of domestic violence...and I got primary custody of our son. But I had to move mountains to do so. Now I teach other dads how to do it, because the cards are stacked against them.

This is by far the best and most powerful explaining of what and why one needs to “bite their tongue.” Many lawyers just tell you what to do but don’t go in depth. We are humans, and not used to the appalling nature of the system and how it creates anger. It’s a bully system and they damn well know it. Being the better person is so demoralizing because it’s like your feelings mean nothing. Which they don’t, my lawyer told me himself. I truly wish we could abolish family court or completely transform it so that people won’t take advantage of their ex for their own delight and malice.

When the mother runs out of money. She will do anything for full custody and maximum child support.

What do you do when someone commits perjury, but the DA will not prosecute them? It makes it impossible to get any justice when a parent lies on the stand. Even if you can prove it, it means nothing if you can't get anyone to prosecute it.

Thank you my son was removed twice off false allegations that were proven to be false by evidence. The second time they removed him by fraud to the court after an attempted suicide due to school negligence and cps was used to retaliate and to prevent me from justice. This lasted 2 years my son is home and they case has been alleged to be dismissed but I'm not willing to let it go. Best advice on the internet I would say. I'm going through a very bad and tough false allegations by the narcissist ex. It's been over 12months that I've been refused access to my son due to the pack of distorted and twisted lies. Mentally I have been exhausted, but the pathetic family law in this country refuses to acknowledge any equal rights for father's who are innocent unless proven guilty! I'm on a directions hearing soon and I would appreciate any help or assistance in battling against a narcissist mother trying to gain complete command and control whilst abusing the Court and the system. When are father's going to be equal in front of the law in this country, especially the family law! The abuse is infested....the law needs urgent need of action not just review.

My ex lied and lied and lied in court. Even having me arrested for speaking up about his ill treatment of the children. He had money. I didn't.. His allegations were thrown out but he continued to lie, even to a judge, under oath. A man who had beaten me up (on record). It ruined my life. Wish this was available years ago. Great video.

I'm in the US but this is very valuable and relevant information and advice.

I'm going though it right now. I applied to court. Week before court I'm accused of all sorts to achieve a non molestation order. I appeared in court without my solicitor as they only notified me 21 hours before hearing. The Judge adjourned it as it wasn't reasonable. Very lucky I turned up and now my solicitor will be with me for the next hearing which was my own application.

I 100% agree on this … you are you’re greatest advocate and show your actions to be contrary to what is being alleged. The lies start to pile up and court representatives start to see beyond the victim narrative.

I’ve spent hours scrolling looking for a video which actually makes sense and offers sound advice. I understand that I’m writing this comment a few years from when it was first posted. However, I felt compelled to write and above all, thank you for your courage and dedication to such vital causes. Clearly you can take heart from all the comments ppl have made on this post. I’m sure they all were that little bit stronger and confident dealing with their own situations. Can't believe how easily and quickly I lost everything and ended up in jail !!! Spot on about reacting, I was texting the ex and ended up jail for it.. 47 never been in any trouble 1 year later I've lost everything and a convicted criminal my life is totally ruined.. I’ve unfortunately been “stuck” with an abusive situation and retaliation litigation... he of course turns everything around on me, especially if I bring up any concerns or disapproval with parenting/childcare... so I’m in a “temporary order” post-decree that has been milked during covid pandemic 😔 it’s heartbreaking... at the same time, I feel like it’s a blessing in disguise because true colors are showing quickly (5 years of civil case ugh)... y’all pray for me & my 6yo daughter... we are so ready for everyone to move forward happy & peaceful! Proud of her for staying strong (like her mama haha)... but it’s not only affecting us anymore, it’s growing more and more, false accusations like this especially are nothing but evil - it hurts any/everyone around too. Trials & tribulations = hopefully blessings to come ❤️ can’t lie though, this is hard, confusing & painful!

only correction would be evidence....they do not need any direct evidence to pass judgement...they simply make the evidence up and the judge will go along with it.

Been going through this for 3 years. It's disgusting that the courts & the Australian Federal Government are allowing this to happen. Many children and families are being irreparably damaged by this act of Parental Alienation. I have endured 16 expensive trips to court. 5 x different Judges on this case. Forced into a position where I'm paying $950(net) per week just to see my son for 2hrs per week with a community service person taking notes of our interaction. These costs don't include court costs. It's a national disgrace. Despite zero evidence and no history of my ex's claims. Actual evidence & testimony of both my ex and her family members lying about these allegations, a family report that recommends that I should receive substantial & significant time with my son, the courts have failed to change anything from the original interim order that I was conned into signing. That was my first mistake, believing a solicitor and barrister that already new the outcome and really didn't care that this act would trap me in this abusive system that they have created to discriminate, silence, and entrap fathers. I'm sure this effects women too, but the vast majority are men and thats who I'm speaking for here. Currently women have huge levels of support in this country(i.e. Womens shelters, support groups, a minister for women, all federally funded), and men have zero support or funding(We have abusive Ads directed against us, an abusive & gullible media, and zero funding). Meanwhile at a national level these false allegations have now manifested into statistis that provide a false account of real Domestic Violence figures in this country, even to a point where the government has created Advertising that demonises this countries fathers and men in general. These lies have been weaponised by the courts and the womens movements to control fathers and men and keep them where they want them, to the great detriment of our children, their extended family, and family values in this country. Local Police have told me that they have been directed by the Judiciary not to intervene or get involved if they believe that one side is committing perjury against another or is perverting the course of Justice. No wonder then why there have been zero convictions or findings in these cases for perjury. How can you get a conviction when the law is being gagged by the Judiciary. Impossible! Perjury is one of the major crimes being committed in these cases in full view of the law, but the courts are not acting in the best interest of the children by blocking any attempt to prove its existence. It seems that the DV industry has silenced the Judges on this issue to keep the gravy train flowing with Billions of dollars. This is where the Best Interest of our Children STOPS!!! They also say that if you discipline your children in any physical nature you are now automatically a perpetraitor, despite the fact that over 80% of all parents(men & women) admit to using mild forms of physical discipline on their children. So despite the law saying you can use this form of discipline(i.e. in a reasonable form), this will still be acceptable to be used against you in a court of law. This abuse of the law needs to stop or the law needs to change to reflect whats actually happening in the courtroom. It's very convenient to use child discipline against the very people that are asked to burden this role(i.e. Fathers). You can now see how powerful this weapon has become where people no longer care who they harm and use this system to bring down any man they oppose. Its highly lucrative for family law practices, most of which are geared towards women. When anybody can make damaging false allegations and not be tested, investigated, or questioned about it then the allegation may as well be fact because even though you may not be incarcerated the system incarcerates both you and your children automatically with unjust laws directly linked to these allegations. The main problem we have is that they are making criminal allegations, then trying to deal with them in a civil courtroom. The civil court judge under the family law has the ability to simply bypass all evidence you may want to present and make an order based purely on the hearsay evidence that the false allegation has created. Thats the dilemma! You have no ability to fight an allegation where no evidence from you is ever considered, and under Australian family law doesn't need to be considered. So guess what, They don't!!!! The next biggest issue fathers have is the rhetoric and powerful use of language in the courtrooms and the media. The constant collective use of 'women & children' in the media, and by the government is a powerful way to exclude men from their children. You here it all the time, but you rarely here the government saying they want to protect 'Fathers & Children' from the abuses they face, or lets focus on the rights of 'Fathers & Children'. If you believe that all child abuse is of a physical nature you are a fool. Most abuse that occurs on children is mental manipulation or psychological, and Parental Alienation is a severe form of this abuse. The Ads they use to promote Fathers as violent Perpetraitors and women as always the victim are false and misleading. The DV statistics they use against Fathers are also highly misleading. If you research it you will uncover this. Great Advice here, but the question is WHY should Fathers be put into this position in the first place. If the law did its job this course of action would not be neccessary. Courts need to be replaced with immediate and enforced mediation and conciliation which the DV Industry deliberately avoid to prolong cases and put families through unneccessary pain and Financial Hardship. The Family court is currently the most destructive force for fsmilies in our society due to the repercussions its creating.

Last year I left my ex partner and took our daughter with me because her mom kept going out drinking and then coming home and being aggressive...after I left I applied to the family court for custody of our daughter I still wanted my daughter to see her mom but I wanted custody until her mom sorted herself out...before we went to court though she got our daughter back by getting me arrested by lying and saying that I'd hit her 3 weeks before I left her...she lied loads to the court saying I'd hit her etc we did one hearing and then she went behind the courts back and started letting me have our daughter...I stopped going to the court hearings in the end because my daughter's mom had stopped drinking so I was happy withy daughter being with her...she was granted custody...I've been having my daughter every weekend from Friday until Sunday...6 weeks ago me and my ex partner had a arguement and now she's stopped me seeing my daughter again because she's using her as a weapon her excuse is I've hit my daughter...I've had to take her to court again my court date isn't until another 4 weeks though...this time around I recorded some of our phone calls were she's threatening me and also recorded other people threatening me on her behalf I've contacted the police there investigating it all...I'm worried about court because in my experience from last year if you mention anything that makes the court question if you've done anything to a child you don't get to see your child...last year they wouldn't even let me see my daughter in a contact centre...I can kind of prove that my daughter's mom didn't stop me seeing her because she thought I'd hit her because on the day we fell out she was telling me on whattsapp that I knew she didn't mind me having our daughter...it's really worrying as a man in the family court and it isnt easy

Thank you very much for this, getting a hearing in the post Covid world takes much longer and i wish I acted sooner as I didn't think the alienation from my child would be long term. I put my application in about a month after contact had stopped. I'm dealing with a false allegation of common assault made by my child's mother. My hearing was meant to be a few week's ago but she managed to get the hearing adjourned the day before so that she can obtain legal aid as she's now a "domestic violence victim" her representatives and the court failed to notify me of this. I never knew any of this until now. His lawyer did exactly that. It was interesting to me how much the truth is misconstrued and fabricated. When the reports do not say anything like that. So they showed themselves to the court on the lies.

Parental alienation is only deemed a theory under the current Family Law Act in Queensland. It is not law. However, with holding thus contravening an order with a reasonable excuse or unreasonable excuse is embedded in law.

3 years on... deep breath

I had false allegations of common assault against my ex and oldest child No Further Actioned. I’ve behaved and communicated impeccably throughout this whole process. Still I’m waking in the night from anxious nightmares that my children are being poisoned against me. I’m being reduced to supervised 2 hourly visits at the moment but have had my solicitor send a legal letter detailing my requests for 50/50 access. I have written communication from my ex detailing my children’s seperation anxiety and related behavioural issues. She’s tried to paint me as a drug using mentally unstable person. Thankfully I’ve been in therapy and engaged with my GP over my depression so this goes in my favour. Also I have written correspondence from my ex detailing her history of sexual assault and I’m aware that she had made an allegation of DV against one of her ex partners. Wondering if it’s worthwhile/appropriate to get in touch with him to learn of the outcome of the allegations made against him?!?!

Great video good information, I m going through the family court hell right now, with all the allegations of historical rape from Ex and so on , 100% support this information but as most guys in this situation read them to late. the allegation destroyed my career as paramedic, the police put "Rape"on your DBS the moment your are arrested (not charged ) in my cast 6 months on bail, sign on Universal credit to suffer even more humiliation bieng told I must find a job ..................That except rape on a DBS !!!!!!!! last comments your right no justice the woman can lie and not get arrested for it. 2023

How my ex had me prosecuted because I reached out in an email trying to be a parent...that's how I've been...not even willing to reach out to them at all. And what makes it worse...like today for example after returning from dropping them off. This has happened so many times during drop off...because of how stressful it is dealing with them...I get a headache. Which is why I'd really love to know why potentially a psychiatrist over the internet...if someone is doing so...creates adverts...then mentions my ex's name. It's one of the most annoying things ever.

I fell out with my X partner and she went to the court for the order to be served. She also went to the police, also both statements were completely different. Because of lies. While waiting for the final hearing in the family court with the allegations made, the police returned no further action from the crown prosecution service. Surly if no further action from CPS, then the family court allegations need to be removed? Because it means there is no case to answer.

Good advise for the most part. However, be aware that this advise seems to be for courts in the UK not the USA although there are similarities there are differences as well, for example, you won't be found "innocent" in a US court the verdicts here are either Guilty or Not Guilty. Additionally the advise about seeking consoling (I am assuming from a mental health professional) although it might be helpful to you in certain circumstances and while it may not be harmful in Family Court it may well complicate your life in other areas such as purchasing a firearm. getting a firearm carry permit. piloting an aircraft, obtaining a security clearance etc.

You say go to the gp for the records and yet due ri me x they refuse to even talk to me even the I have shown the a court order stating they must so do what would you suggest I do
