I have spent about 36 hours watching youtube videos trying to find one that explains all of this. THANK YOU. I'm going to check in with my teacher now and tell her that *this* video needs to be added to her online handout.
Amazing, I was able to learn factoring in under 30 minutes with almost complete understanding, I hope your videos can get me through the rest of Algebra II
@@Xxxfallen_angelxxX thanks, I’ll keep that in mind. Though funny thing I actually dropped out of algebra 2. Last year I transferred from public to homeschooling and it turns out my public school was absolutely garbage at teaching because taking lessons from an actually competent teacher revealed a lot of gaps in my learning. Also public school straight up lied about what it was teaching, like it would say they were teaching algebra 1 when in reality the material was pre-algebra. So basically it was the equivalent of plunking a sixth grader into a college calculus class. Though ironically enough I’m about to attempt the algebra 2 class again so thanks for the advice lol
This video is honestly so helpful, my teacher really tried to explain all of these in an hour and I swear I didn't understand a single word. Thank you so much!
Amongst many of the videos I've watched on factoring this one is unequivocally the best one. I finally understand factoring in it's entirety. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH! 💖😘
I have been struggling in algebra due to factorizing recently and I couldn't find a proper video which explained everything properly , until I came to this channel , this is the best explanation I have found yet , lets hope I can do well in my upcoming exams. Thank you to the great teacher in this video for such a clear explanation!!!!
Great video. This was exactly what I was looking for. I don't understand, why it is so hard to display something like this in a flow chart to provide a broad overview. Good job.
Thank you for taking time to create such a wonderful and helpful video. Thank you for taking one step at a time and going through so many examples. This was a great learning experience.
I have been struggling with these techniques for what feels like forever, Ive wated a million videos and aske probably another milliuon people for help.. This is te first content that ive watched that has helped me to start grasping this!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!
Finally finally finally I am able to understand this mess! At least that’s how I felt until today when I watched your video. Thank you so much for creating this video!!
You are a blessing huhu! I love the way you explain things. It's like my math anxiety doesn't exist haha. I like how direct to the point and calm you are, it makes learning math peaceful. Your videos are peaceful and the way you teach always delivers. Wishing all the best for you, Mario!
Thank you sooo muchhh I cannot put in words how much u helped me. I was studying for a very important test and i kept on watching video after video and nothing works. U literally saved me 30 minutes before my exams I am so grateful
Mario, you should try to find some information on the mathematics portion of military officer qualification tests and make videos going over the type of arithmetic reasoning and math knowledge found in those tests! Your ACT prep videos are very similar to the information in military tests. Thank you for the content and help!
You saved me before my finals by this great review thankyou so much I didn't find a better video than yours!!! I am very thankful I got to your channel
Awesome, going to skim through due to shortage of time, but will practice and go over during the weekend definitely happy with the explanations and pace :)
Nicely done! I am homeschooling a grandchild and needing to put algebra in a form that does not frustrate him. Mario gets to the point in a well organized and easy to follow form. Most math teachers know math and few gifted ones can teach it. Mario is one of the gifted ones.
You are a great teacher and a math genius. You make it look so easy, By the end, my brain was in meltdown. Wish I could understand the language of math better. THANK YOU!
unbelievable, you re great teacher, your voice , you re organising the white board ,and step by step, wonderful, good job, thank you so much to share this, I am very glad to see this, I like it very much. Mario good job:).
This is for me to come back and use, but feel free to use the time stamps if you want. 0:00 Overview of lesson 1:38 Greatest Common Factors 4:09 2 Terms (binomials) - Difference of squares 6:38 2 terms (binomials) - Difference / Sum of 2 cubes 9:41 Factoring by grouping (polynomials) 12:16 3 terms (Trinomials) - Leading coefficient of 1 14:52 3 terms (trinomials) - Leading coefficient of ‘a’ (other than one) 19:06 3 terms (trinomials) - example with more factoring
I would be remiss in watching your video if I did not acknowledge the strategic and very linear teaching that you have put into this video. Your flow chart facilitated the learning process by leaps and bounds. Congratulations on your exemplary work -- and thank you!
@@MariosMathTutoring Hi , this vid is 8years ago, but it really helps me and the people, its the most comprehensible video that i can understand. especially the intro where it explains the steps. on how to identify factoring
Thank you, You have been a lifesaver! My professor is good but unfortunately, our syllabus doesn't give her much time on one topic, I use your videos to supplement or if I need something explained in a different way (Algebra 1). You break it down so much better, in a way that is easier for me to understand.. Keep them coming!! So, i kind of owe my B+ to you! (I have never gotten anything higher than a C in math) Thought i am still having a hard time with Difference of squares and diff or sum of cubes on the binomial topics. in detail my chapter section its called "Perfect square trinomials and differences of squares"? any tips?
I’m glad my videos and channel have been helping you! You can check out some other videos I did on difference of 2 squares and sum and difference of two cubes...hopefully those will help... Factoring Special Productsru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wmnd4fwxSus.html
Thank you for this. I have a question. What about completing the square where is that in here? Are there any other ways of factoring besides what you presented and completing the square? I would like to know all of them. plus I have this idea that you can use any of the multiple ways to factor on any problem. It’s just that some problems will deal with fractions. Is that true?
Thank you so much, your teaching method breaks MATH down and make it easier to understand. There is an saying "MATH is your friend". I can honestly say, NO IT IS NOT, it may be yours, but its not mine. LOL
