I love your teaching style!!! I am a transitional (old) student that never took algebra in high school. Factoring has been the most difficult for me in this class. Thank you for helping me to understand.
You'd have 2x^2 +3x - 10x - 15 which then factors into x(2x + 3) - 5(2x + 3). Finally, you'd have (2x + 5)(x - 5). The factors are just reversed. It's the same.
