See's Candies has been a bay area staple for decades. From the free tasters, the classic black and white one pound boxes, tradition is an important word for this company. It all started by a man using his mother's recipes and is now home to about 2,000 employees. They don't offer public tours, but KTVU's Mike Mibach was lucky enough to check out the operation inside a massive candy making factory in South San Francisco.
