A plant that at max level can two shot gargantuars, attack two tiles in front of it, pierce trough infinite targets and also chill zombies! Power creep is gonna get even crazier now!! I wonder if it's gonna beat even pokra
the reason why he will release the critters form weasel hoarder is bc weasel hoarder is a frostbite cave zombie that is immune to freezing, normal critter zombie need to be stun/freeze when killed in order not to release their critters but bc weasel is immune to freezing and only chilled he still released the weasels
They should've focused on the support aspect of this new ice shroom instead of the damage. Like make it do way less damage or just make the attack rate slower
I think that Ice-shroom's pf can kill chicken wrangler/turkey without releasing the critters I think it's because of the freezing effect since (frostbite caves) fbc zombies can't be frozen so the weasel horder will still release the weasel.
At 7:52 That's because Ice-Shroom's Icicles FREEZE zombies, and when a frozen zombie carrying critters (like turkey or chicken wrangler) is destroyed, it will NOT release their critters, but since all Frostbite Cave Zombies are immune to freeze (such as when Weasel Hoarder gets destroyed by Ice-Shroom's Icicles) it will still release their weasels, because they cannot be frozen (which was the main reason why chicken and turkey wrangler could not release their critters cause THEY CAN be frozen) cause they're a frostbite caves zombie.
Pvz 2 needs more story not plants, but the OG world creators of pvz2 left, so the game will forever be in a weird state of updating but no worlds. New plants are pretty useless if you cant progress with them
Idk how adding new worlds AFTER Modern Day would work. Maybe the first of these could start out with Dave and Penny being shocked by Zomboss’s arrival, and could start a chain of alternate worlds with new zombies and new plants being unlocked after beating levels.

Chicken Wrangler and its copy dont release their chickens/turkeys when hit by ice-shroom's pf is because they get stunned and because of some really smart popcap employee stunning can prevent them from spawning their critters. The reason why it didnt work on weasel hoarder is because fb zombies are immune to freezing. I would be honestly more surprised if someone doesnt know about that because LITERALLY the introduction level for stunion is supposed to show you this interraction.

Ice shroom has incredibly high attack power and can defeat Gargantua even at lv. 2. Also defeat the zombies coming from behind. Also, its HP is higher than other plants. Probably one of the best plants in PvZ2!
I would buy ice shroom but im more into shadow plants than any other plants COUGH COUGH waiting for Dragon Bruit but i wouldve brought both if i wasnt poor bc i 100% need both but i could try grinding
