Some of these obviously aren’t feasible like how no one can achieve the immortality however in practice they can be applied to real life Some people fight for the immortality of glory in battle And while you can’t bring back the dead some people fight to keep their loved ones safe
@@saisumukh7597 I meant applying them to real life in the sense that people might fight for those reasons in the real world Bc in actual Reality you can’t become immortal
Their justifications were like this Pain, Obito, Konan: Peace Hidan: Religion Kakuzu: Money Itachi & Kisame: Loyalty Sasori & Deidara: Art Zetsu: being a dick
Naruto is also influenced by Philosophy. Him and Sasuke are the representation of Yin and Yang. It’s the buddhist concept and exploration how does a person use suffering. Naruto used it to protect other people, while Sasuke used it to getting revenge.
@@Hippolinc Naruto has a lot of fillers, he could have taken some time to build better their relationship (I'm not saying I don't like the pairing or anything like that, just that even taking into account that it's a shonen the romance between them is lacking even with the light novel)
It’s the same with one piece, there has been no realstionships, even if oda said he dosent want it to be a big part of one piece, he needs to realize, loving someone makes you human
Funny enough they seemed to drift toward Naruto and Sakura during the entire show. Then they made the movie cause they were like "fucckkkkk, Sasuke is alive tho"
@@BlueCHMAI'd say it's more about different beliefs and conflicting ways of thinking Because people are unable to accept not everyone shares their beliefs or point of view
Konan didn’t join to use war for peace…. She barley took part in anything. Her focus was running the hidden rain village and taking care of her people.. nchammer has a great video explaining her role
It's not necessarily a motive for war I see it as a dream or a want/desire so for example itachi wants to protect his family, kisame wants friends, sasori wants immortality and list goes on
Another take I’ve also heard is that the akatsuki symbolize the 10 different dreams humans have Pain-Peace Hidan-Immortality Kakuzu-Money Deidara-Passion Sasori-Family Itachi-Loyalty Konan-Love Kisame-Strength There are others for the other characters but I don’t remember
Perfect storrytelling, yeah that’s why there was no mention of other tailed beast in Naruto and the concept was made just as main plot line of shippuden, garra is only referred as having demon inside during Naruto and then suddenly everyone knows about other tailed beasts and jinchurikki
He said “Monetary gain that he may receive from successfully completing his mission”** which sounds way more war related (the theme of the video) and interesting than “He killed for money”.
Meanwhile Kisame was a soldier. Doing as he was told and remaining true to his crew. Itachi was a double agent. Sasori wanted to usurp power for himself. Deidara was all about art but was really just in love with destruction, the sadistic kamikaze.
itachi is like a knight(soldier) a knight never question the king(hokage) and follow order(kill his clan, leave the village and join the atasuki) without question so itachi is fighting due to order
Also, all akatsuki partners have different ideals that contrast themselves, for example: Hidan and kakuzu: spiritual pleasure vs material pleasure Sasori and deidara: eternity vs spontaneity Itachi and kizame: risking everything for your family vs for the sake of the missions
Yep, and the pairings have even more meaning behind them as well. Nagato and Konan are self-explanatory so I won't go into them. Itachi and Kisame are both double agents with unwavering loyalty to their true faction (I think they represent the idea of a cold war, where subterfuge and assassination is the name of the game) or in other words their war aspect is "manipulating the perceived narrative of truth". Hidan and Kakuzu are zealots who are stubborn worshippers of their respective gods (Hidan's being Jashin and Kakuzu's being money) so their war aspect is "fanaticism of worship". Sasori and Deidara are selfish people who put their own hobby or personal interest above everything else. When Orochimaru was a member, he was originally paired with Sasori, which also makes sense cause he fits this motif as well. So Deidara, Sasori and Orochimaru's war aspect would be "self-interests". Also interesting to note, when Obito had to fill in as Deidara's partner, he might also fall into this aspect as well as he placed his own desires over the interests of the entire world, so as unplanned as the pairing may seem, he may fit this motif as well.
Personally I always thought they represented the different justifications for violence. Cause linking them all the war is almost impossible. violence for peace Love (I'm not sure if konan romantically loves Nagato but she genuinely is not doing this cause she wants to) Money Following orders Violence for others sake Violence for power Religion Art Cause all of them have vastly different reason for Doing what they do. Except for obviously Pain and tobi which has a plot reason
Kisame's motivation might be that, he just want to fight, selfishness, then zetsu's might be, to follow a blind idolism of a person in this case Kaguya's
Kakuzu's backstory is pretty dang dark and more complicated than money. He was banished from his village because his mission was to kill Hashirama Senju and he couldn't do it. So he's obsessed with completing missions as a mercenary.
You only gave a few reasons... and we don't know if Kishimoto actually planned that. Many times, the series was retcon'd. The real purpose Kishi had was bonds. But he added more themes later on in the series...
Did you know that the tailed beast that Roushi had was named Son Goku to reference the great ape transformation. In One Piece, Sanji was originally going to be called Naruto and you can see the reference in his eyebrows but when the creator found out about Naruto he changed it. Luffy is able to fly the nimbus so even though he is a pirate, he has a pure heart.
So it was really odd listening to Zelda windwaker music while listening to naruto talk, my brain spent a bunch of time trying to figure out which naruto song that was😊
You need to talk about how on the sixth anniversary of naruto one person drew rin even though she was not introduced and this was before sai was introduced
Now I’m sure we’ve all heard the whole “each akatsuki member is a different type of monster” or whatever but this one is actually interesting because and I don’t get why more people don’t talk about this one
Let's be real. Cuz he was only one good thing Caruso had really going, it's a good anime but if we're being under percent real that gif Naruto came out like today animes that were showing it wouldn't stand a chance that came out at the perfect time. Got me even touching up on all the fillers or on the potholes don't even get me started on boruto👀
